| 摘 要： | 合格的医务人员和严格的医院管理机制是避免医疗纠纷最好的措施。医院科学的管理必须以人为本。笔者根据自己十多年的临床工作经验,加这多次参加省、地医疗事故技术鉴定工作的经历,认为“以人为本,健全机制”是医院健康发展,防范医疗纠纷的重要措施。主要包括以下几个方面:1以医务人员素质全面提高为本。2以维护病人利益为本。3健全机制。

| Abstract: | Objective:Highly qualified medical staff and perfect system of medical management maybe the best ways to avoid medical disputes.The scientific management of a hospital must be based on humanism.According to medical experience and medical technical of many provincial and regional medical accidents.The effective measures to prevent and avoid medical disputes are enhance the comprehensive quality of medical staff,ensure the benefits of patient and set up a perfect system of medical management. |
