用Excel电子表格制作多规则室内质控图、表的方法

目的:提供一个Excel电子表格制作Westgard多规则室内质控图、表对临床质控进行实时判读的方法,用于基层医院实验室室内质控数据的自动化管理。方法:利用Excel电子表格强大的数据处理及逻辑运算功能,制作多规则室内质控图、表,对室内质控数据进行处理。结果:Microsoft Excel系统应用于实验室室内质量控制,直观、简洁、明了,也便于对质控数据作全面的分析,大大方便了实验室室内质控数据的管理。结论:应用Mi-crosoft Excel系统来处理实验室质量控制中复杂烦琐的数据统计和质控图的绘制工作,可以减轻实验室人员的工作量,提高质量管理。

Making the multirulers internal quality control diagram by Excel electronics form

Objective:Ti establish the method making the Westgard-multirulers internal quality control diagram by Excel electronic form to evaluate the clinical quality control course on real-time and to automatically manage the quality control data in internal lab of root hospital.Methods:Using of the data processing and logical calculating function of Excel electronic form to make the multirulers internal quality control diagram to process the quality control data in internal lab.Results:Applying of the Microsoft Excel to control the quality of internal lab is intuitionistic,compendious and legible,and also convenient to analyze and manage the quality control data in internal lab.Conclusion:Using the Microsoft Excel system to process the complex data and to make the quality control diagram could reduce the working strength and improve the efficiency of quality control.
