| 摘 要： | 目的：评价国内复发性颞下颌关节脱位治疗文献的研究质量及治疗方法的有效性。对国内有关复发性颞下颌关节脱位治疗的临床报道进行循证医学分析，为正确治疗复发性颞下颌关节脱位提供临床指导。方法：检索发表在国内中文期刊上的所有治疗复发性颞下颌关节脱位相关文献并对治疗方法进行评估。结果：无A、B级文献，检索到的20篇C级文献共报道了8种治疗方法。结论：从循证医学角度出发，目前国内关于复发性颞下颌关节脱位治疗研究的文献数量和质量均达不到满足对临床治疗提供指南的要求，需要不断提高临床科研水平，以期为临床医疗提供最佳证据。
