| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨分析多排螺旋CT（MSCT）诊断胃癌的术前应用及临床价值.方法 回顾性分析64例经病理证实的胃癌的CT表现.结果 MSCT能够清楚显示胃癌病变的全貌、病变与周围脏器的关系.胃癌病灶在CT上主要表现为胃壁增厚85.9%（55/64）,异常强化75.0%（48/64）,软组织肿块39.1%（25/64）.MSCT检出胃癌的胃周淋巴结肿大46.8%（30/64）.本组病例将胃癌的术前分期诊断意见与手术后病理学检查结果作追踪对比分析,手术64例,术前分期诊断准确58例,其诊断符合率90.6%.结论 多排螺旋CT检查诊断胃癌有其独特的价值,对临床治疗有指导作用.
