脑血管储备能力与进展性脑梗死相关性研究

摘    要:目的 通过一个前瞻性的临床实验来研究脑血管储备能力与进展性脑梗死的相关性.方法 早期脑梗死入院病人24小时以内运用彩色经颅多普勒(Transcranial Doppler,TCD)完成脑血管储备能力的测定,然后根据病人是否进展分为进展组与非进展组.运用T检验比较进展性脑梗死与非进展性脑梗死脑血管储备能力的差异,运用相关分析来分析脑血储备能力与进展性脑梗死的相关性.结果 进展组病人与非进展组病人的脑血管储备能力有统计学差异(t=10.176,P〈0.001),脑血管储备能力与进展性脑梗死存在负相关关系(r=-0.805,P〈0.001).结论 脑血管储备能力下降是进展性脑梗死发生的独立危险因素之一.
