| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨髓核造影对破裂型腰椎间盘突出的诊断价值及微创治疗的疗效.方法 对102例椎间盘突出患者在微创治疗前首先进行髓核造影,根据髓核造影情况选择适当的微创治疗方法（32例患者施行了经皮椎间盘摘除术＋臭氧注射治疗;22例施行了经皮椎间盘摘除术＋胶原酶髓核溶解术;36例施行了臭氧注射＋胶原酶髓核溶解术;12例患者单纯施行臭氧注射）.结果 所有102例患者均成功地进行了髓核造影检查及介入治疗.术后6～12个月的随访观察表明,治疗的总有效率为96.1%,其中显效率51.0%（52/102）,有效率45.1%（46/102）.临床效果满意,无严重并发症发生.结论 髓核造影对于明确破裂型腰椎间盘突出的诊断具有很高的敏感性,对于选择适当的微创治疗方法,具有重要的临床价值.
