| 摘 要： | 目的 研究MRI对原发性肝癌（HCC）行肝动脉栓塞化疗（TACE）术后的随访价值.材料和方法对39例原发性肝癌患者分别于TACE术前一周及术后一月行MRI和DSA检查,比较MRI和DSA对于TACE术前肝癌病灶显示及TACE术后肝癌病灶的残留及复发情况. 结果 TACE术前肝癌病灶检出数DSA与MRI比较无统计学意义,但对1cm以下富血供肝癌二者比较有差异.一次及多次TACE术后残留病灶及新发病灶检出数比较无统计学意义.结论 MRI能够较敏感地显示肝癌病灶及TACE术后肝癌残留病灶,使TACE治疗更具有针对性,评价TACE栓塞效果完全可行,可作为肝癌介入治疗后随访方法.
