性激素对血清LDL清除率及脂蛋白组成的影响

采用给予外源性雌激素和切除睾丸的方法,观察性激素对兔血清LDL清除率和血清脂类及脂蛋白组成的影响。结果表明,给予外源性雌激素后,血清LDL清除率提高;血清T-C,(LDL+VLDL)-C,及TG含量降低,而HDL_2-C含量升高。切除睾丸后血清T-C,HDL-C,及HDL_2-C含量升高。提示体内性激素水平的改变可显著影响血清脂类及脂蛋白的代谢。

THE EFFECT OF SEX HORMONES ON LDL CLEARANCE RATE AND LIPOPROTEIN COMPOSITION OF SERUM

36 healthy male rabbits(weight2-3kg)were divided into three groups:group A(injecting estradiol benzoate 2mg every other day);group B(castration);and group C(control).The rabbits were fed with the same food.Serum LDL of normal rabbits was prepared by sequential ultra- centrifugation(d=1.019-1.063 part was collected).~(125)I-LDL was Prepared by Iodogen method.The fasting blood sample was collected before and 8 weeks after the treatment.Serum total cholesterol(T-C),Lp-C,TG and LDL clearance rate were measured.The result indicated as follow:the clearance rate of serum LDL in 3 groups is A>B>C.Compare with group C,that of group A raise significantly.The serum T-C,(LDL+VLDL)-C and TG in group A decreased significantly;while the serum HDL_2-C increased significantly.The serum T-C,HDL-C and HDL_2-C increased significantly in group B.It is suggested that there may be some intimately relationship between sex hormones and Lp metabolism,compare with androgen,estrogen is predominate.
