六安地区人群抗精子抗体参考区间调查及其临床应用

目的建立六安地区人群血清抗精子抗体(AsAb)参考区间,并对336例不孕不育患者检测结果进行分析。方法用IBL公司的抗精子抗体ELISA检测试剂盒测定六安地区640例已婚已育健康者血清AsAb,并建立参考区间;以此对该地区336例不孕不育患者血清AsAb检测结果进行分析。结果该地区已婚已育健康者血清AsAb水平不受性别和婚龄的影响,参考上限为76.74 U/ml。336例不孕不育患者血清AsAb阳性95例,总阳性率为28.27%,男性和女性阳性率分别为24.78%和30.04%,均高于正常组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论六安地区正常生育人群血清AsAb参考上限为76.74 U/ml,该参考区间对该地区不孕不育患者的临床诊断具有重要参考价值。

Investigation of biological reference interval and clinical application of anti-sperm-antibodies in Lu'an area

Objective To establish the reference interval of anti-sperm-antibodies among healthy adults in Lu'an area,and analyze the relationship between the patients with infertility and anti-sperm-antibodies.Methods The IBL Spermatozoa Antibody Enzyme Immunoassay Kit was used to examine the anti-sperm-antibodies from 640 healthy adults and 336 patients with infertility in Lu'an area,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and C28-P3.Results The document C28-P3 of group analysis revealed that there was no significant difference in the concentration of anti-sperm-antibodies between males and females,and there was no significant difference of anti-sperm-antibodies on marriage years.The reference limit of anti-sperm-antibodies was 76.74U/ml.Altogether 336 patients with infertility were analyzed,and the positive rate of the total,male and female was 28.27%、24.78% and 30.04% respectively.Conclusion The reference limit of anti-sperm-antibodies is 76.74U/ml in Lu'an area.The detection of the anti-sperm-antibodies will provide the evidence for the diagnosis and cure of infertility.
