肠道病毒RNA RT-PCR检测在病毒性心肌炎诊断中的应用

目的 探讨ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法在肠道病毒感染诊断中的应用。方法 根据肠道病毒５’非编码区和ＶＰ２基因区共同序列设计一对引物，建立了检测各型肠道病毒的ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法。用该方法扩增已知病毒，并用于临床标本检测。结果 所检测１１种已知病毒中，只对肠道病毒的９个型别扩增，１８６例心肌炎患者血清标本中，５２例（２７．９５％）阳性，１５例脑炎患者脑脊液标本中，４例（２６．６７％），阳性。结论 该ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法

USE OF RT-PCR ASSAY IN DIAGNOSIS OF ENTEROVIRUS MYOCARDITIS

ObjectiveTo explore the use of RT PCR in diagnosis of enterovirus infection. MethodsA pair of premers hemologous to 5' non coding and VP 2 region of the enteroviruses was designed, and a RT PCR method of detecting all types of enteroviruses was developed. The serum samples of the patients with myocarditis and cerebrospinal fluid samples of the patients with meningitis were tested. ResultsAmong the 186 cases of myocarditis, 52 were positive for enterovirus RNA in serum. While 4 of 15 cases of meningitis were positive in cerebrospinal fluid.ConclusionDue to specificity on enterovirus,the RT PCR method has some value in the diagnosis of enterovirus infections.
