微型种植体和横腭杆支抗用于成人正畸的疗效比较

目的 比较微型种植体和上颌横腭杆支抗用于成人正畸的效果.方法 选择20例成人上颌前突或双颌前突患者,随机分为两组,全部病例均拔除4个第一前磨牙并采用标准MBT技术矫正,分别使用微型种植体和上颌横腭杆加强支抗. 20例患者治疗前和拔牙间隙关闭后均拍摄头颅侧位片,比较两组磨牙在矢状向和垂直向的稳定性.结果 微型种植体组的磨牙前移量少,和上颌横腭杆组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).两组在垂直方向变化差异无统计学意义.结论 微型种植体支抗可以单独提供临床所需的最强支抗.

Comparison of Miniscrew and Transpalatal Arch as the Anchorage in Adult Orthodontics

Objective To compare the effect of miniscrew and transpalatal arch(TPA)as anchorage in adult orthodontics.Methods Twenty adult patients with maxillary protrusion or bialveolar protrusion were included in this study and were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients were treated by classical MBT with four first premolars extracted,and upper posterior anchorage were reinforced with miniscrew or transpalatal arch respectively.Cephalometric were taken before treatment and after the space was closed.Results There were significant difference in the stability in sagittal plane but not in vertical plane.Conclusion Miniscrew could provide better anchorage in clinical consideration.
