摘    要:目的 观察大白鼠磨牙窝洞制备后,修复性牙本质形成过程中诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)和硝化酪氨酸(NT)的表达.方法 大白鼠磨牙窝洞制备后制作连续冰冻切片,免疫组织化学染色和免疫荧光双染色法观察成牙本质细胞等牙髓细胞中iNOS和NT的表达.结果 正常大白鼠牙髓组织中,iNOS和NT呈阴性表达.窝洞制备1 d后,牙髓牙本质界处嗜中性粒细胞中iNOS和NT呈强阳性表达;窝洞制备3 d后,全部牙髓细胞中iNOS和NT呈强阳性表达.窝洞制备7 d后,修复性牙本质深部成牙本质细胞中iNOS和NT呈阴性表达.免疫荧光双染色法表明iNOS和NT的变化呈同步性.结论 修复性牙本质形成过程中iNOS和NT的表达具有同步性,提示iNOS被激发并产生一氧化氮.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the induced nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and nitrotyrosine(NT) expression in reparative dentinogenesis after dental cavity preparation.Methods Immunohistochemistry statining and double immunofluorescence were used to investigate the expression of iNOS and NT in the odontoblasts and pulp cells after the cavity preparation in the mesial surface of the maxillary first molars of rats.Results iNOS and NT were negative in normal rat molars odontoblasts while both were strongly observed in neutrophils and odontoblasts 1 day after preparation and in all pulp cells 3 days later.Seven days later,they were negative in the reparative dentin.Conclusion It is suggested that iNOS and NT expressed synchronously and iNOS was stimulated to produce nitric oxide(NO).
