两种复合树脂充填磨牙(牙合)面洞的临床效果研究

目的 评估Clearfil AP-X与3M Filtek P60充填磨牙(牙合)面洞的临床效果.方法 对60例患者157颗牙髓活力正常的磨牙咬合面龋,按随机原则左右交替,分别用Clearfil AP-X及3M Filtek P60两种树脂充填修复.充填后3、 6、 12个月复查,依据USPHS评价标准,采用双盲法,对充填体的表面情况、边缘密合性、边缘着色、继发龋、牙髓反应5项内容评分.结果 两种复合树脂固位性能和边缘密合性良好,未发生继发龋,亦未出现牙髓炎或牙髓坏死,术后敏感性较低,均有较好的可抛光性.结论 两种复合树脂用于磨牙(牙合)面洞充填修复的临床效果良好.

Clinic Outcomes of Two Composite Systems in Filling of Posterior Teeth

Objective To evaluate the clinic outcomes of filling of posterior teeth using Clearfil AP-X and 3M Filtek P60 thus to provide information for their clinical application.Methods One hundred and fifty-seven teeth of 60 selected patients with decay on occlusal surfaces with normal pulp vitality were filled with one of the captioned two composite systems.Random and parallel designs were applied to ensure both groups included the similar types of teeth as well as similar numbers of cavities to be filled.The surface status,marginal sealing,marginal discoloration,secondary decay and pulp vitality were evaluated and scored using USPHS standards and double blind method after 3,6 and 12 months.Results The one-year results showed that the two restorative materials had good retention property,marginal sealing and polishing effect.Secondary decay,pulpitis and pulp necrosis were not observed and sensitivity after filling was low.Conclusion Both composite systems have good clinic outcomes.But further long-term clinical observation is in need.
