耳穴压豆治疗产后宫缩痛1691例

目的 探讨耳穴压豆治疗产后宫缩痛的临床效果.方法 对本院2012年9月1日～2013年8月31日分娩的1691例产妇采用耳穴压豆治疗产后宫缩痛.结果 显效1501例,占88.8％；有效185例,占10.9％；无效5例,占0.30％；总有效率为99.70％.结论 耳穴压豆效果显著,治疗过程安全,收费低廉,深受产妇及家属好评,值得在临床工作中进一步推广.

Treating postpartum uterine contractive pain by pressing ear acupoints with beans in 1691 cases

Objective To discuss the curative effect of pressing ear acupoints with beans on postpartum uterine contractive pain. Methods Pressing ear acupoints with beans was applied to treat postpartum uterine contractive pain in 1691 maternity patients,who delivered from Sep 1 2012 to Aug 31 2013 in our hospital. Results The results showed that 1501 cases were significantly effective（accounted for 88.8%）385 cases were effective（accounted for 10.9%）,and 5 cases were ineffective（accounted for 0.30%）;the total effective rate was 99.70%. Conclusion Pressing ear acupoints with beans has many advantages in curing postpartum uterine contractive pain,including significant efficacy,safety in treating process and low costs,which is a method well received by maternity patients and their families and should be further promoted in clinical practice.
