大庆油田27985例女工生殖健康体检结果分析

目的 通过高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）检测等四项生殖健康检查,了解大庆油田女工生殖健康状况.方法 对2012年来本院体检的大庆油田27 985例女工的生殖健康体检资料进行回顾性分析.结果 参加体检人数27 985例,其中高危型HPV感染1080例,感染率为3.86％;子宫肌瘤和乳腺小叶增生的发病率分别为27.44％和14.93％;宫颈疾病的发病率为19.14％.结论 通过防癌普查,对筛查出的高危型HPV感染和宫颈疾病者建议进一步检查,早期发现宫颈癌前病变和早期宫颈癌,并及时阻断,从而降低宫颈癌的发生率和死亡率.

Results analysis of 27 985 women reproductive health examination in Daqing oilfield

Objective To understand the reproductive health status of women in Daqing oilfield by four reproductive health examination including high risk human papilloma virus（HPV）detection. Methods The reproductive health examination data of 27 985 women in Daqing oilfield who accepted the examination in our hospital in 2012 were retrospective analyzed. Results 27 985 people attended the examination and the number of high-risk HPV infection were 1080 cases,the infection rate was 3.86%.The incidence of uterine fibroids and hyperplasia in lobules of mammary glands was 27.44% and 14.93% respectively,and the incidence of cervical disease was 19.14%. Conclusion Through the anti-can- cer screening,we suggest the screened high-risk HPV infection and cervical disease patients to take further examination,with early detection of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer,and timely to block,thereby reduce？the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer.
