| 摘 要： | 目的观察并探讨消化内科应用无痛胃镜诊疗术的价值与临床效果。方法选取2012年3月~2013年5月本院收治的80例消化内科疾病患者,随机将其均分为对照组与实验组各40例,对照组接受普通胃镜检查,实验组行无痛胃镜检查,观察两组的临床效果。结果实验组患者在检查过程中的不适反应率和检查中止率为35%、0%,而对照组分别为95%、20%,且实验组检查操作时间更短,生命体征更平稳（P〈0.05）。结论对于消化内科疾病患者而言,无痛胃镜技术安全有效,且操作时间相对较短,检查所致不良反应发生率较低,有利于检查的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and explore the value and clinical effect of painless gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment in department of gastroenterology. Methods 80 patients with gastroenterology disease from March 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was given ordinary gastroscope,the experimental group was given painless gastroscope.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The discomfort response rate and inspection of suspension rate in the experimental group were 35%,0%, while the control group were 95%,20%,and check operation time in the experimental group was shorter, vital signs was better（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with gastroenterology disease,painless gastroscope technology is safe and effective,and the operation time is relatively short,discomfort response rate is lower and it is conducive to the smooth examination. |
