| 摘 要： | 目的探讨LEEP对妊娠及其结局的影响。方法回顾性分析30例因宫颈病变行LEEP妊娠患者的临床资料。结果 6个月1年妊娠22例,其中2例异位妊娠,5例自然流产,5例因计划外妊娠行人工流产,已分娩18例。结论 LEEP对受孕能力无影响,不会导致不孕;LEEP的深度、宽度与剖宫产率有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate influence of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） on pregnancy and its outcome. Methods The clinical data of 30 pregnant women with LEEP or cervical lesion were retrospectively analyzed. Results 8 women fell pregnant within 6-12 months after LEEP,22 women fell pregnant more than 1 year after LEEP.Among them,there were 2 ectopic pregnancys,5 spontaneous abortions, 5 artificial abortions because of unintended pregnancy and 18 deliveries. Conclusion LEEP doesn′t effect the capability to conceive or causes infertility.However,the depth and width of LEEP is associated with cesarean section rate. |
