舍曲林联合齐拉西酮治疗强迫症的临床效果

目的探讨舍曲林联合齐拉西酮治疗强迫症的临床效果和安全性。方法将60例强迫症患者随机分为两组,各30例,观察组采用舍曲林联合齐拉西酮治疗,对照组采用舍曲林治疗,疗程8周。比较两组的疗效、Y-BOCS评分、TESS评分和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为83.3%,显著高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后Y-BOCS评分低于治疗前,观察组治疗4、6、8周Y-BOCS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的TESS评分和不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论舍曲林联合齐拉西酮治疗强迫症的疗效显著,起效快,安全性较好。

Clinical effect of seculin combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder

Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of sertraline combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder.Methods 60 patients with obsessive compulsive disorder were randomly assigned to two groups,30 cases of each group.Sertraline combined with ziprasidone were used in observation group,sertraline was used in control group,the course of treatment was 8 weeks.Effect,Y-BOCS score,TESS score and incidence rate of adverse reaction was compared in two goups respectively.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 83.3%,significantly higher than that of control group（60.0%）,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Y-BOCS score of two groups after treatment was lower than before treatment,Y-BOCS score in observation group after treatment of 4,6,8 weeks was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P0.05）.TESS score and incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively,with no statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Sertraline combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder has signifficant effect,rapid onset and good safety.
