| 摘 要： | 目的调查某专科医院2011年1月~2013年12月中药注射剂的使用情况。方法利用医院信息管理系统统计抗菌药物的使用量、使用金额,并计算使用频度（DDS）、药品限定日费用（DDC）及药物利用指数（DUI）等指标。结果 2011年1月~2013年12月该院中药注射剂使用金额下降,主要品种为心血管类药物,特别是活血化瘀药,其品种和用药金额均在前列。结论该院中药注射剂使用基本合理,应加强用药管理和安全性监测。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections from January 2011 to December 2013 in some specialized hospital,and analyze the outcomes. Methods Indexes included application amount of antibacterial agents,gross amount,DDS,drug daily cost（DDC） and drug utilization index（DUI）,etc. were calculated by hospital information system. Results The gross amount of TCM injections were decreased from January 2011 to December 2013.The principal type was cardiovascular drugs,especially drugs with actions of invigorating blood and dissolving stasis and gross amount of this kind of drugs in top ranks. Conclusion The application of TCM injections in the hospital is reasonable and medication management and safety monitoring should be strengthened. |
