不同方法治疗眩晕症的临床效果分析

目的探讨3种不同方法治疗眩晕症的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月～2013年7月本院收治的240例眩晕症患者，将其随机分为中药组、西药组和中西药结合组，每组80例。中药组采用眩晕汤治疗，西药组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊、曲克芦丁治疗，中西药结合组采用上述中药和西药联合治疗．通过观察3组患者的临床症状改善情况以及眩晕残障程度评定量表（DHI）来评定治疗效果。结果中药组总有效率为775％，西药组总有效率为762％，中西药结合组总有效率为91．2％，中西药结合组治疗效果明显好于中药组、西药组（P〈0．05）。治疗后中西药结合组的DHI评分显著低于中药组、西药组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西药联合治疗能有效改善眩晕症的临床症状，取得良好效果，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect analysis of different methods in the treatment of vertigo

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three different methods in the treatment of vertigo.Methods 240 cases of patients with vertigo were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to July 2013 and randomly assigned to Chinese traditional medicine group, Western medicine group,Chinese and Western medicine group,80 cases in each.Patients in Chinese traditional medicine group were treated with Xuanyun Tang,patients in Western medicine group were treated with flunarizine hydroehlofide capsules and troxerutin,while patients in Chinese and Western medicine group were treated by Xuanyun Tang combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and troxerntin.lmprovement of clinical symptoms in three groups and dizziness handicap inventory （DHI） was observed to assess the therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate in Chinese medicine group was 77.5%,in Western medicine group was 76.2%,while in the Chi- nese and Western medicine group was 91.2%,the Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly better than that in the other two groups （P〈0.05）.After treatment,DHI score in Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly low er than that in Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo,achieve good results,and it is worthy of promoting.
