| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1月~2012年3月收治的102例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为两组,各51例,观察组采用盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液治疗,对照组采用盐酸溴己新注射液治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为96.08%,对照组的总有效率为76.47%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效明显,且副作用较小,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 102 patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each group of 51 cases.Ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection was used in observation group,bromhexine hydrochloride injection was used in control group.The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate in observation group was 96.08%,total effective rate in control group was 76.47%,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection in the treatment of chronic bronchitis can obtain great effect together with few side effect,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic. |
