短期激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察

目的探讨短期激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法将70例患者按照随机数字分组法均分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用激素替代治疗,对照组采用谷维素治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果实验组患者Kupperman评分较对照组下降更明显（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后血清雌二醇水平均明显增加,促卵泡激素和促黄体生成素水平均明显下降,但是实验组患者变化幅度更明显（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度均增加（P〈0.05）,实验组患者增加幅度更大（P〈0.05）。结论小剂量激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效显著,但需要正确把握适应证和禁忌证。

Clinical observation of hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 70 cases of patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,the experiment group was given hormone replacement therapy,while the control group was used oryzanol tablets,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The Kupperman score in the experiment group decreased more obviously than that of 1the control group（P0.05）,the level of serum E2 were increased obviously,the level of FSH and LH were declined obviously,the variational rage of the experiment group was more obviously than that of the control group（P0.05）, the changes of endometrial thickness were increased（P0.05）,there was a significant difference between the two groups, the experiment group was large magnitudes（P 0.05）. Conclusion Low dose hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal syndrome is safe and effective,but the clinical treatment should be good grasp of the indications and contraindications.
