依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死近期效果观察

目的观察依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的近期临床效果。方法选择本院2012年1～12月收治的63例急性脑梗死患者，根据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组．对照组21例患者给予常规治疗，研究组42例患者在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉和丁苯酞治疗，两组疗程均为14d。治疗前后采用神经功能缺损程度评分（NIHSS）、Baahel指数评价治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率为88．1％：对照组总有效率为71．4％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗后研究组NIHSS评分、Baahel指数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死安全可靠，疗效明显优于常规治疗，具有临床推广价值。

Observation of recent curative effect of edaravone combined with butylph- thalide in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the recent clinical effects of edaravone combined with butylphtalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 63 eligible patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hos- pital from January to December 2012 were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group. The experimen- tal group （42 patients） were given edaravone and butylphtalide on the basis of regular treatment, while the control group （21 patients） were only given regular treatment.The courses of treatment were both 14 days. The NIHSS scores, Barthel indices were used to evaluate clinical effects.Results The total effective rate was 88.1% in experimental group and 71.4% in control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. NIHSS scores and Barthel in- dices were significantly lower than those in control group, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with butylphtalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and reliable, which shows advantages over the past regular treatment and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
