中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常性银屑病的效果观察

目的探讨中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）照射治疗寻常性银屑病的临床效果。方法将本院2010年5月~2013年8月收治的106例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组给予NB-UVB照射治疗,观察组给予中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组的总显效率为94.3%,明显高于对照组的83.0%（P〈0.05）;观察组的PASI评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组的总不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常性银屑病的临床效果显著,安全可靠。

Effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with NB-UVB irradiation treating psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with NBUVB irradiation treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 106 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were treated in our hospital from May 2010 to August 2013,and they were randomly divided into the control group（n=53）and observation group（n=53）. The control group was treated with NB-UVB irradiation while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with NB-UVB irradiation,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate in the observation group（94.3%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（83.0%）（P0.05）;the PASI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）; there was a statistical difference of the incidence rate of total adverse reactions in the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with NB-UVB irradiation treating psoriasis vulgaris has remarkable clinical effect and it is safe and reliable.
