宜良县2012年麻疹IgG抗体水平监测分析

目的了解宜良县健康人群中的麻疹抗体水平,为控制和消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法对365例≤5岁组和〉5岁组人群采用酶联免疫吸附法分别进行麻疹抗体IgG定性和定量监测。结果 17月龄~19岁人群抗体阳性率均为100%,为免疫人群。其余人群麻疹IgG抗体较低,是麻疹免疫空白人群,极易引起麻疹病例发生。结论〈17月龄以及〉20岁人群均容易发生麻疹,应重点进行综合防治。

Monitoring and analysis of measles IgG antibody level in Yiliang county in 2012

Objective To investigate measles antibody level of healthy populations in Yiliang county,so as to provide scientific basis for measles control and elimination. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was applied for qualitative and quantitative analysis of measles IgG antibody level among 365 people who were divided into group less than or equal to 5 years old and group above 5 years old. Results The population aged between 17 months and 19 years had 100% antibody positive rate and was classified as vaccinated population.Populations of other age groups had low positive rate of measles IgG antibody and was classified as unvaccinated populations with high risks of measles. Conclusion Populations under 17 months old and above 20 years old are vulnerable to measles and should be paid special attention to for comprehensive prevention and treatment of measles.
