微创手术和内科保守治疗脑出血的临床效果对比

摘    要:目的探讨微创手术和内科保守治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年1月~2013年1月收治的脑出血患者120例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组行内科保守治疗,观察组行微创手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后神经功能缺损程度及并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率为98.3%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分及并发症发生率与对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微创手术治疗脑出血临床效果明显优于内科保守治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive operation and conservative treatment in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 120 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected,and all patients were divided into observation group and control group depending on the treatment method,the observation group was given minimally invasive surgery,the control group was given conservative treatment,the clinical efficacy as well as neurological deficit scores before and after treatment and complications of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 98.3% and 83.3%,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P0.05);the neurological deficit scores and complication rate of two groups were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive operation in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is better than conservative therapy,so it can be widely used in the clinic.
