兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑预防急性重型颅脑损伤患者应激性溃疡的疗效比较

目的比较兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑预防急性重型颅脑损伤患者应激性溃疡的疗效。方法选择急性重型颅脑损伤患者100例,随机分成两组,每组50例。兰索拉唑组给予兰索拉唑30 mg＋生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注,1次/12 h;奥美拉唑组给予奥美拉唑40 mg＋生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注,1次/12 h。观察两组的应激性溃疡发生率。结果兰索拉唑组有2例出现应激性溃疡,发生率为4%;奥美拉唑组有8例出现应激性溃疡,发生率为16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论兰索拉唑预防急性重型颅脑损伤患者应激性溃疡的疗效优于奥美拉唑。

Effect comparison of lansoprazole and omeprazole on the prevention of stress ulcer in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To compare the effects of lansoprazole and omeprazole on the prevention of stress ulcer in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 100 patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of each group.30 mg lansoprazole and 100 ml normal saline were used for intravenous drip,12 hours at a time in lansoprazole group.40 mg omeprazole and 100 ml normal saline were prescribed for intravenous drip,12 hours at a time in omeprazole group.The incidence rate of stress ulcer in both groups was observed.Results 2 cases in lansoprazole group presented with stress ulcer,accounting for 4%,while in omeprazole group,there were 8 cases and incidence rate was 16%,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The preventive effect of stress ulcer by lansoprazole in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury is superior to that by omeprazole.
