外源性肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的效果观察

目的探讨外源性肺表面活性物质（PS）治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征（MAS）的效果。方法将本院NICU收治的40例MAS随机均分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用相同的综合治疗方法,治疗组在此基础上加用外源性PS。结果治疗组机械通气时间、氧暴露时间及住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组死亡、气漏、败血症、呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率较对照组明显低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论外源性PS治疗MAS效果显著,可以降低患儿的病死率及并发症,减轻临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of exogenous pulmonary surfactant in treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of exogenous pulmonary surfactant（PS） in the treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome（MAS）.Methods 40 cases of patients with MAS admitted in NICU were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the same method of comprehensive treatment was used to two groups,while exogenous PS was used to the treatment group based on the control group.Results In the observation group,duration of mechanical ventilation,oxygen exposure time and hospital stay was lower than that of the control group,there was significant difference（P0.05）. The incidence of death,gas leakage,sepsis,ventilator associated pneumonia in the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of exogenous PS treatment of MAS is significant,and can reduce the mortality rate and complications of patients,relieve the clinical symptoms,be worthy of clinicians use.
