连续性血液净化对重症急性胰腺炎血浆炎症因子的影响分析

目的分析研究连续性血液净化对重症急性胰腺炎血浆炎症因子的影响。方法选取2012年4月~2013年4月本院重症医学科病房收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者21例,给予所有患者连续性血液净化治疗,观察患者治疗前后的血浆炎症因子C反应蛋白（CRP）水平及IL-6、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）等浓度的变化情况。结果治疗后,患者的临床症状明显好转,19例治疗后好转出院,存活率为90.48%,2例患者死亡,死亡率为9.52%。治疗后患者的CRP、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者行连续性血液净化治疗,能有效降低患者的CRP、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α,并阻断患者的全身炎症反应,降低患者的死亡率,具有显著的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on influence of continuous blood purification on plasma inflammatory factors of severe acute psncreatitis

Objective To analyze and research the influence of continuous blood purification on plasma inflammatory factors of severe acute psncreatitis.Methods 21 cases of patients with severe acute psncreatitis treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected and were treated with continuous blood purification.The plasma inflamma tory factor CRP level,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of patients before and after treatment was observed.Results After receiving continuous blood purification,the clinical symptoms of patients with severe acute psncreatitis improved evidently.And 19 cases discharged after treatment,and the survival rate was 90.48%.2 cases were dead after treatment,and the death rate was 9.52%.The plasma inflammatory factor level of CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of patients after treatment was decreased respectively than that before treatment,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Continuous blood purification treating patients with severe acute psncreatitis not only can effectively reduce the plasma inflammatory factor CRP level,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of patients,but also has evident clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
