| 摘 要： | 目的观察二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年3月~2012年7月收治的70例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,各35例,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗,治疗2个月,比较两组的FPG、2hPG和HbA1c。结果两组治疗后的FPG、2hPG和HbA1c均下降,观察组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的疗效肯定,安全性高,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from March 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases of each group.Metformin was used in control group,metformin combined with acarbose were used in observation group,after treatment of 2 months,FPG,2hPG and HbA1c was compared in two goups respectively.Results After treatment,FPG,2hPG and HbA1c was decreased respectively in two groups,that of observation group decreased more obviously,with statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has significant effect and high-safety,which is worthy of promotion and application. |
