| 摘 要： | 高脂血症引发动脉粥样硬化,与高血压、冠心病、脑卒中及糖尿病等疾病密切相关.对于血脂异常的治疗,目前临床上仍是以药物为主要治疗手段,不同降血脂药物作用机制及疗效各有差异.本文对不同类型的降血脂药物的作用机制及不良反应进行综述,以期为临床合理应用降血脂药物进行参考.

| Abstract: | Hyperlipidemia is the cause of atherosclerosis and is highly related with hypertension,coronary disease, stroke and diabetes.Recently,lipid-lowing drug is still the main treatment in clinical,the action mechanism and efficacy of different choleterol-lowering drug are also different.In this paper,the mechanism of action of different types of cholesterol-lowering drugs and adverse reactions are reviewed,and provide reference for clinical reasonable application of cholesterol-lowering drugs. |
