桂枝茯苓胶囊联合西药治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取徐州电力医院异位妊娠患者60例．采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血13-HCG、包块缩小情况、住院时间以及药物不良反应。结果两组治疗总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组B—HCG下降至正常水平的时间短于对照组，住院时间也短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组包块缩小情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效显著，能明显降低血B—HCG，缩短患者住院时间，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on guizhi fuling capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of guizhi ruling capsule combined with mifepristone and methotrex- ate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy in Xuzhou Electric Power Hos- pital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,each group had 30 cases.Control group was given mifepristone and methotrexate,and the treatment group was given guizhi ruling capsule based on the treatment of control group.The clinical effeet,β-HCG,masses,hospital time and adverse reaction of two groups were observed and compared.Results There was significant difference on the total effective rate between two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment, time of β-HCG down to normal in the treatment group was shorter than that of the con- trol group （P〈0.05）, and the hospital time was shorter than that of control group,situation of bossing was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Guizhi fuling capsule combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in treatment of ectopie pregnancy have good effect, it can reduce the β-HCG and shorten the length of hospital time,with few side effects, so it is worthy application.
