高血压住院患者糖耐量与血脂及尿酸水平的相关性研究

目的研究影响原发性高血压患者糖耐量的因素，以便及早发现糖代谢异常。方法选择35岁以上、既往无糖代谢异常病史、空腹血糖〈5．6mmol/L、确诊为原发性高血压的535名住院患者行口服葡萄糖耐量试验测定。分析年龄、性别、体重指数、血压、尿酸、血脂水平等参数与糖耐量的关系。结果535名患者中检出糖耐量减低患者153例，占28．6％；2型糖尿病患者41例，占7．7％。糖耐量与年龄、性别、低密度胆固醇水平，血尿酸水平成正相关。结论空腹血糖正常的原发性高血压患者合并糖耐量异常的比例非常高，对这类患者应积极进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验以早期发现和干预糖代谢异常，减少糖尿病及心脑血管疾病的发病风险。

Correlation of lipids and uric acid with glucose tolerance in hypertensive patients

Objective To investigate the factors that influence glucose tolerance in essential hypertension for early detection of abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods There are 535 essential hypertension patients who are over 35 years old, with no history of diabetes melhtus and normal fasting blood glucose （ 〈 5.6 mmol/L）had received oral glucose tolerance test. Analysis the relationship between impaired glucose tolerance with age, gender, body mass index, blood pressure, uric acid, lipid levels. Results Among 535 patients, the number of impaired glucose tolerance was 153 ,the number of newly diagnosed DM was 41 ,and the prevalence rates of impaired glucose tolerance and newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus were 28.6% and 7.7% respectively. There are positively correlated between glucose tolerance with age, sex, low-density cho- lesterol and uric acid. Conclusion There is higher proportion of abnormal glucose tolerance in essential hypertensive patients with normal fasting blood glucose. Oral glucose tolerance test should be actively engaged in those patients to detect impaired glucose tolerance early. It is helpful to postpone progression of diabetes and reduce risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
