194例脐带缠绕分娩方式分析

目的：探讨脐带缠绕与分娩方式的关系，寻找脐带缠绕最佳分娩方式。方法：对2001年1日～2002年1月间分娩总例数中脐带缠绕194例病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：脐带缠绕中107例以顺产为主，占55．2％；剖宫产85例，占43．8％；阴道手术产2例，占l％。胎儿宫内窘迫、头位难产并脐带绕颈1周、脐带绕颈2周以上、社会因素为剖宫产前4位主要指征。结论：脐带缠绕高剖宫产率的原因与医患双方有关，降低剖宫产率应从医患双方着手。

Analysis of Delivery Method in 194 Cases of Labor with Umbilical Cord Wrapping the Baby

Objective To investigate the relationship between umbilical cord wrapping the baby and the method of delivery, and to find the best way of delivery for such case. Method 194 cord wrapping cases reported from January 2001 to January 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. Result 107 cases were natural labor (55.2%); 85 cases were caesarean birth (43.8%); 2 cases were vagina operation labor (1%). Conclusions Doctor and patient both pay a role in the umbilical cord wrapping and the high rate of caesarean. Doctor and patient have to co operate to reduce the high rate of caesarean and umbilical cord wrapping cases.
