2002～2004年临汾市某中学新生乙型肝炎病毒感染情况调查

目的]了解临汾市某中学新生乙型肝炎病毒感染状况,以便为该校制定乙型肝炎防治措施提供科学依据.方法]2002～2004年对该校初、高中新生进行HBsAg检测,并对阳性者检测其他HBV感染指标.结果]合计检测4 801人,HBsAg阳性的184例,阳性率为3.83%.HBsAg阳性率,2002年为3.94%,2003年为3.8%,2004年为3.77%(P＞0.05);男生为4.92%,女生为2.61%(P ＜0.01);初中新生为3.81%,高中新生为3.86%(P＞0.05).HBsAg阳性者中,HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性的占39.67%,HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc阳性的占33.15%.结论]该中学新生HBV感染率为3.83%.

Study on Type B Hepatitis Infection Situation of Freshmen from One Middle School in Linfen City from 2002 to 2004

Objective]To understand type B hepatitis(HB)infection situation of freshmen from one middle school in Linfen in order to provide scientific basis for measure making of HB control.Methods]To test the HBsAg for freshmen from 2002 to 2004,and examine other HBV index for HBsAg positive ones.Results]4 801 persons were tested,among which 184 were HBsAg positive and the HBsAg positive rate was 3.83%.The positive rates of each year were 3.94%,3.8% and 3.77% respectively(P>0.05),of boys and girls were 4.92% and 2.62%(P<0.01),of junior high school students and senior high school students were 3.81% and 3.86%(P>0.05).Among HBsAg positive persons,ones whose HBsAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc were positive covered 39.67%,ones whose HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc were positive covered 33.15%.Conclusion]The HBV infection rate of the freshmen in this middle school was 3.83%.
