| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经皮肾穿刺术在肾囊肿置管硬化的疗效和安全性。方法：B超引导下30例采用直接穿刺单次注入无水乙醇（传统法、A组）、39例采用经皮肾穿刺置管多次注入无水乙醇（改良法、B组）,比较两组的疗效和安全性。结果：全部患者治疗后3～12个月进行B超或CT检查随访,A、B两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,两组安全性均好。结论：改良穿刺置管硬化法治疗肾囊肿的疗效优于传统穿刺硬化法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of the percutaneous puncture and catheterization on renal cyst. Methods： This report presented 69 cases of renal cyst, 30 cases were treated with percutaneous puncture （A group） and 39 cases with percutaneous catheterization many times （B group）. Results： All the patients were followed up for 3--12 months by B --ultrosonography or CT, striking difference of the therapeutic results were existed（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Percutaneous catheterization is more acceptable than traditional percutaneous puncture treatment for renal cyst. |
