异丙酚联合芬太尼利多卡因在无痛人流术中的应用

目的：探讨异丙酚、芬太尼、利多卡因联合用药及用量在无痛人流术中的安全性及有效性。方法：ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级人工流产患者100例，随机分为A、B两组，每组50例，A组单纯使用异丙酚，B组用异丙酚联合芬太尼、利多卡因。观察两组病人的诱导时间、苏醒时间、离院时间、记录诱导前及诱导后2min，手术结束时，SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2的变化和两组病人的麻醉效果及并发症。结果：两组年龄体重及手术时间比较无明显差异（P〉0．05），B组诱导期异丙酚用量明显少于A组（P〈0．01）（表1）。A组诱导后2minBP下降，HR减慢SpO2降低（P〈0．01）（表2）。B组麻醉镇痛效果明显优于A组（表3）。结论：异丙酚联合芬太尼、利多卡因用于人工流产手术的麻醉安全有效镇痛效果好。

Propofol Fentanyl Lidocaine used in Induced Abortion of Indolence

Objective: To study Propofol,Fentanyl, Lidocaine's security and efficiency about united drugs used in induced abortion of indolence. Method:One hundred women ,who have undergone the induced abortion of indolence in ASA,were divided into two groups.One group of 50 cases,which was purely treated with propofol, is named group A.and the other ,which was treated with united drugs ,is named group B.we observed the time of two group' inducement rivival ,and checking out .we recorded alterations of SBPDBPHR and SpO_2,which occurred at two minutes before and after inducement ,and at the time when the operation was over ,and also recorded anesthesia efficiency and complication of the two groups.Result: There's no obvious difference between two groups in age ,weight ,and operation time .(P>0.05)The amount of propofol used in group B is much less than A(P<0.01)(Table 1) In group A ,we found that BP decreased ,HR slowed down ,and SpO_2 decreased at two minutes after inducement.(P<0.01)(Table 2).The effect of anethesia in group B is much better than A.(Table 3).Conclusion: The united drugs used in induced abortion of indolence are safe and effective ,and can have better effect.
