目的:观察冰蜜生肌膏促进体外培养兔成纤维细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用消化分离法进行兔成纤维细胞的原代培养,通过形态学和免疫组织化学的方法鉴定成纤维细胞。第3代纯化的成纤维细胞分为5组,空白对照组每孔加入等量的PBS,实验组每孔分别加入125、62·5、31·25、15·625mg/ml的冰蜜生肌膏提取液进行培养,培养24、48、72h后分别行MTT法检测每孔的光吸收值(OD值)。结果:冰蜜生肌膏提取液加入到成纤维细胞中培养24、48、72h后,经MTT法检测,不同浓度(浓度分别为125、62·5、31·25、15·625mg/ml)冰蜜生肌膏与对照组OD值比较差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论:15·625mg/ml浓度冰蜜生肌膏对成纤维细胞的生长有明显促进作用(P<0·05),药物浓度在15·625~62·5mg/ml时其作用随药物浓度升高而增加,并在浓度为62·5mg/ml时达到最大效应值(P<0·01),当药物浓度大于62·5mg/ml时则作用趋向于饱和,提示一定浓度范围内的冰蜜生肌膏药液能明显增加成纤维细胞数量,且促进作用和浓度呈显著依赖性。 相似文献

目的 :制定猪牙皂在脐风散与惊风散中的显微定量标准。方法 :用显微定量法 ,以猪牙皂特有的石细胞为显微特征物 ,对脐风散与惊风散中的猪牙皂进行测定。结果 :猪牙皂含量与每毫克特征数呈显著的线性正相关 ,回归方程为 y =61 .42 x -1 .1 0× 1 0 - 3(γ=1 .0 0 ,α=0 .0 5 )。结论 :显微定量法测定脐风散与惊风散中猪牙皂的含量是可行的 ,结果可靠 相似文献

A Preliminary Study of Immunotherapy with a Monomethoxy Polyethylene Glycol Modified Honey Bee Venom Preparation 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Monomethoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) modified honey bee venom (HBV) immunotherapy (IT) has been studied in 14 patients allergic to honey bee venom. Doses could be increased more rapidly and higher doses were reached compared to regular venom immunotherapy. No general side effects were seen, although large local swellings were found somewhat more often than with regular HBV. Most patients could easily be switched from the modified to the unmodified venom. Eight patients experienced and tolerated field stings. Skin testing showed a decreased allergenicity of the mPEG-HBV. The mean HBV-specific IgE level was below pre-treatment level already after only 6 weeks of IT. The HBV-specific IgG response was very good. 相似文献

Honey bee venom (HBV) administration to adjuvant arthritic (AA) rats resulted in a significant suppression of arthritis and in suppression of the hepatic acute phase alpha 1-acid glycoprotein (AGP) gene induction at the early stages of disease development. AGP administration in AA rats resulted in acceleration of arthritis development and in increase of severity and duration of the disease. IL-1, IL-6, tumour necrosis factor (TNF) and glucocorticoids alone are not responsible for the HBV-mediated AGP gene down-regulation. These results indicate that AGP gene expression in AA and HBV-treated AA rats involves the interaction of several factors, and that AGP plays a role for AA development in rats. 相似文献

目的:探讨预防保胎孕妇住院期间的常见并发症之一---便秘。方法:对照组患者常规预防便秘及护理;观察组在常规预防便秘及护理的基础上,吃南瓜蜂蜜糊结合四肢按摩预防保胎孕妇便秘。结果:对照组50例患者发生了便秘15人次,观察组50例患者发生了便秘3人次,明显减少了患者便秘带来的痛苦。结论:通过吃南瓜蜂蜜糊结合四肢按摩预防保胎孕妇便秘效果显著,值得临床推广应用。 相似文献

Health benefits including antioxidant potential of black tea (Camellia sinensis), lemon (Citrus limon) and honey bees (Apis mellifera) have been extensively reported. Nevertheless, nothing is reported about the effects of their concomitant use. Herein, those effects were evaluated in infusions of lemon-flavoured black tea with three different kinds of honey (light amber, amber and dark amber) from Lavandula stoechas, Erica sp. pl. and other indigenous floral species from north-east Portugal, a region with high amounts of this food product. Data obtained showed that the use of honey (dark amber>amber>light amber) potentiates the antioxidant activity of lemon-flavoured black tea, increasing the reducing power and lipid peroxidation inhibition properties, as also the antioxidant contents such as phenolics, flavonoids and organic acids including ascorbic acid. 相似文献

ObjectiveTo evaluate physico-chemical properties and antimicrobial potential of indigenous honey samples against different reference strains including Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Pseudomonas aeroginosa ATCC 9027, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Salmonella typhi ATCC 14028, Klebsiella pneumonia ATCC 13883, Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404, Rhizopus oligosporus PCSIR1, Candida albicans ATCC 14053 and Candida utilis ATCC 9950.MethodsBy using standard methods samples were evaluated for their antimicrobial properties including additive effect of starch and non-peroxidase activity, antioxidative properties (phenol contents, flavonoid contents, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity). Prior to this evaluation, complete physico-chemical properties including pH, color, ash contents, protein contents, moisture contents, hydroxymethyl furfural contents, total sugar contents, reducing sugar and non-reducing sugar contents were analyzed.ResultsRelatively higher ash contents were found in the Siddar honey i.e. (0.590 0±0.033 6)% and small honey showed relatively higher protein contents i.e. (777.598±9.880) mg/kg. The moisture contents of tested honey samples ranged between 13.8%-16.6%, total sugar contents from 61.672%-72.420% and non-reducing sugar contents from 1.95%-3.93%. Presences of phenolic contents indicate higher antioxidant potential of these honey samples. All bacteria showed clear inhibition zones in response to tested honey samples whereas fungi and yeast showed inhibition at higher concentrations of these honey samples. For Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeroginosa and Aspergillus niger, overall the small honey showed the higher activity than other honey samples.ConclusionPhysico-chemical analysis of honey samples confirmed good quality of honey according to the standards set by European Union Commission and Codex Alimentarius Commission. Biofilm growth and its persistence within wounds have recently been suggested as contributing factors to impaired healing. The goal of this study was to investigate the anti‐biofilm effects of several honey samples of different botanical origin, including manuka honey against Proteus mirabilis and Enterobacter cloacae wound isolates. Quantification of biofilm formation was carried out using a microtiter plate assay. All honeys at a sub‐inhibitory concentration of 10% (w/v) significantly reduced the biofilm development of both isolates. Similarly, at a concentration of 50% (w/v), each of the honeys caused significant partial detachment of Pr. mirabilis biofilm after 24 h. On the other hand, no honey was able to significantly detach Ent. cloacae biofilm. In addition, treatment of Ent. cloacae and Pr. mirabilis biofilms with all honeys resulted in a significant decrease in colony‐forming units per well values in a range of 0.35–1.16 and 1.2–7.5 log units, respectively. Of the tested honeys, manuka honey possessed the most potent anti‐biofilm properties. Furthermore, methylglyoxal, an antibacterial compound of manuka honey, was shown to be responsible for killing biofilm‐embedded wound bacteria. These findings suggest that manuka honey could be used as a potential therapy for the treatment of wounds containing Pr. mirabilis or Ent. cloacae. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

The mineral content of 43 honey samples from the middle regions of Turkey was investigated. Minerals were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrophotometer. Calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus were the most abundant of the elements in all the studied honeys, with average concentrations ranging between 40.13 and 189.69 mg/kg for calcium, 161.01 and 598.62 mg/kg for potassium, 9.34 and 45.9 mg/kg for sodium, and 460.11 and 3,776.96 mg/kg for phosphorus. Cluster analysis of the honey data revealed that the mineral content of Çorum and Konya honeys was closer as they formed a cluster at a similarity level of 60%. 相似文献
