目的研究分子吸附再循环系统(MARS)对冠心病并发重度脓毒症患者心率和动脉压的影响.方法对2002年11月至2004年2月在ICU治疗的冠心病并发重度脓毒症患者所进行的12次床边MARS治疗有关资料进行回顾性分析和探讨.结果MARS治疗4 h后患者心率显著减慢,收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压明显升高.结论MARS可改善MODS患者血流动力学指标.  相似文献

In order to examine the mechanism by which the oral carbonaceousadsorbent, AST-120 delays the appearance of glomerular sclerosis,experiments were carried out in 120 male Sprague-Dawley ratsweighing 285–320 g. The rats were first subjected to 2/3,3/4, and 4/5 nephrectomy (n=40). The experiments were begunat 2 weeks after the surgery, and were performed over an 8-weekperiod. Half of each group (n=20) was administered 1 g/day ofliquid AST-120, and the other half received liquid vehicle solutionwith pair feeding in each group. In the 2/3 nephrectomized groupthe administration of AST-120 delayed the occurrence of glomerularhypertrophy and prevented the appearance of glomerular sclerosiswithout any significant differences in renal function, systemicblood pressure (SBP), and urinary protein excretion (U-P). Inthe 3/4 nephrectomized group the administration of AST-120 delayedthe appearance of glomerular hypertrophy and sclerosis withsignificant decreases in SBP and U-P. In the 4/5 nephrectomizedgroup the administration of AST-120 delayed the appearance ofglomerular sclerosis and prevented a decrease in renal function.It is concluded that administration of the oral adsorbent AST-120delays the occurrence of glomerular sclerosis by delaying theappearance of glomerular hypertrophy, systemic hypertension,and the increase in proteinuria. It can be therefore mentionedthat the accumulating substances in the digestive tract worsenthe abnormal milieu of chronic renal failure.  相似文献

一种LDL吸附剂载体-聚丙烯酰胺微球的合成及应用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究用于低密度脂蛋白 (L DL)吸附的聚丙烯酰胺微球载体的合成工艺、结构特性及吸附 L DL 的性能 ,为进一步研发 L DL 吸附剂载体提供实验依据。采用反相悬浮聚合法按一定的配方合成聚丙烯酰胺微球载体 ,通过扫描电镜、图像分析仪、X光小角散射等手段对其结构特性 (粒径、孔径等 )进行表征 ;同时在微球上固定丝氨酰 -天冬氨酰 -谷氨酸 (SDE)三肽配体制成 L DL 吸附剂 ,通过体外静态吸附对其吸附性能进行了初步研究。结果表明微球粒径为 14 2 .1μm,孔径为 119.8nm,符合作为 L DL 吸附载体的需要 ;在交联剂与单体总量一定的条件下 ,微球孔径随着交联剂用量的增加而减小 ;合成的聚丙烯酰胺微球对 L DL 的非特异性吸附很小 ,而在其上偶联配体制成吸附剂后 ,又表现出对 L DL 的特异性吸附。本实验合成的聚丙烯酰胺微球是一种有效的 L DL 吸附剂载体。  相似文献

研究目的是制备低密度脂蛋白亲和吸附剂,用于去除高脂血症患者血液中高含量的低密度脂蛋白。首先以悬浮分散法制备壳聚糖微球和纤维素微球载体,然后固定磷酸吡哆醛和磷酸盐配基,制备出三种吸附剂,并进行体外静态吸附性能测试。结果表明,壳聚糖-磷酸吡哆醛吸附剂对LDL最大吸附量为1.30mg/mL,磷酸盐型壳聚糖和纤维素吸附剂对LDL的最大吸附量分别为2.72mg/mL和3.12mg/mL,并且吸附量随配基含量的增加呈增大趋势,3种吸附剂对高密度脂蛋白均无明显吸附。对吸附剂的灭菌和储存稳定性的研究表明,磷酸盐型纤维素吸附剂具有较好的稳定性。本研究第一次报道磷酸盐型低密度脂蛋白吸附剂。  相似文献

In the present study we prepared macroporous polyvinyl alcohol beads. A series of bilirubin adsorbents were generated by immobilization of eight amine agents to the beads as ligands. The adsorption of bilirubin was evaluated by in vitro static and dynamic adsorption tests. The results show that these adsorbents have excellent adsorption efficiency and capacity. Among the eight ligands, trimethylamine (TMA), triethylamine (TEA) and 1,6- hexanediamine(HDA) showed the highest adsorption capacity. The adsorption equilibrium can be achieved in half an hour, and the adsorption percentage of bilirubin was up to 80%. Static electricity and hydrophobic interaction played the main role in bilirubin adsorption, and the adsorption was found to match the monolayer model. The excellent adsorption of these adsorbents indicates their potential in clinical treatment.  相似文献

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been considered a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Although great advances have recently been made in the pathophysiology and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, CKD remains a major global health problem. Moreover, the occurrence rates of cardiovascular events among CKD patients increase even in cases in which patients undergo hemodialysis, and the mechanisms underlying the so-called “cardiorenal syndrome” are not clearly understood. Recently, small-molecule uremic toxins have been associated with cardiovascular mortality in CKD and/or dialysis patients. These toxins range from small uncharged solutes to large protein-bound structures. In this review, we focused on protein-bound uremic toxins, such as indoxyl sulfate and p-cresyl sulfate, which are poorly removed by current dialysis techniques. Several studies have demonstrated that protein-bound uremic toxins, especially indoxyl sulfate, induce vascular inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, and vascular calcification, which may explain the relatively poor prognosis of CKD and dialysis patients. The aim of this review is to provide novel insights into the effects of indoxyl sulfate and p-cresyl sulfate on the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.  相似文献

Low cost adsorbents prepared from the epicarp of Raphia hookeri fruit were used for the removal of copper (II) ion from aqueous solution. The effects of operational parameters such as pH, concentration and contact time, dosage as well as interference of other ions were studied. Optimum pH for raw and modified biomass were 5.0 and 5.5 with percentage removal of 75.08% and 95.62% respectively. Concentration of competing ions greatly reduced Cu2+ removal with both adsorbents while agitation speed had negligible effect on Cu2+ uptake. Adsorbents surfaces were activated as temperature increased thus enhancing adsorbent adsorption capacity at high temperature. Adsorption kinetic data fitted best into the pseudo second order model while the thermodynamics studies confirmed adsorption spontaneity and feasibility. The Freundlich adsorption isotherm best described the adsorption process and the Langmuir maximum monolayer adsorption capacity for the raw (RHE) and acid treated (ARHE) biomass were 81.97 and 103.09 mg/g respectively. Chemisorption predominate the Cu2+-ARHE system hence desorption efficiency was obtained to be 72.65% with CH3COOH as eluent.  相似文献

目的:研究双重血浆分子吸附系统对严重肝衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析急性肝功能衰竭行双重血浆分子吸附系统(DPMAS)治疗患者 45例的临床资料,观察临床疗效,治疗前后患者临床症状、胆红素水平、凝血功能、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、血常规、乳酸、其他肝功能及电解质指标。结果:45例患者行DPMAS治疗共73次,显效12例,有效22例,无效11例,总有效率75.56%。DPMAS治疗后总胆红素193.29±109.26 μmol/L,直接胆红素148.19±83.49 μmol/L,分别低于治疗前的271.95±147.92 μmol/L(P=0.0004)和201.24±98.66 μmol/L(P=0.0006),差异均有统计学意义。治疗前12小时PT及APTT分别为18.24±9.59 s,65.49±57.64 s,治疗后12小时PT及APTT分别为21.63±11.63 s,79.68±34.83 s,较治疗前有所延长,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前12小时PTA(51.46±22.12)%,治疗后12小时为(46.25±22.46)%,较治疗前有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第一次DPMAS治疗前PTA(49.11±20.22)%,完成最后一次DPMAS治疗后PTA为(57.69±19.57)%,较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DPMAS治疗后患者AST、ALT较前下降,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后TBA、ALB及球蛋白(GLB)较前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发生不良反应13例次(17.8%),包括轻度皮肤瘙痒、皮疹、发热、呕吐、胸闷,经对症处理后缓解。结论:DPMAS对急性肝功能衰竭治疗效果良好,对内环境影响较小,不良反应轻,值得临床推广。  相似文献
