目的:探究古草生机汤对H22荷瘤小鼠体内实体瘤的抑瘤功效和对机体的免疫调节作用机制。方法:本研究采用H22实体瘤动物模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组、古草生机汤低、高剂量组,灌胃给药7 d,计算各组小鼠的体质量增长率、肿瘤抑制率、胸腺及脾指数,小鼠实体瘤病理切片苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察瘤体组织和细胞形态,酶联免疫吸附试验法检测小鼠血清中γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、Fas、Fas配体、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的含量,实时荧光定量PCR测量小鼠瘤组织中Bax和Bcl-2mRNA的相对表达量。结果:古草生机汤有促进H22荷瘤小鼠体质量增长、抑制体内实体瘤增长和促进肿瘤凋亡坏死的作用,可提高小鼠的胸腺指数同时降低脾脏指数,可显著提高小鼠血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2的含量并降低Fas、Fas配体、AST、ALT的含量(均P<0.01),能够上调小鼠瘤组织中Bax mRNA的表达并下调Bcl-2mRNA的表达。结论:古草生机汤具有明显的体内抗肝肿瘤药效,在抑制肿瘤生长、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、调节机体免疫方面有一定作用。  相似文献

目的分析青斑样血管炎的临床特征及中医证候特点,提高对本病的诊断及中医辨证水平。方法对12例确诊的青斑样血管炎患者的临床表现、组织病理、中医证候、中医治则、方药、预后进行回顾性分析。结果12例患者中男3例,女9例,年龄15~45岁,平均年龄20.17岁,中医药治疗时间为14~70 d,平均时间为54.60 d。12例患者均为对称皮疹,均伴有疼痛;皮损特点均为红斑、水疱、紫癜、坏死、水肿、溃疡,呈现线状或放射状分布;皮损痊愈后见色素沉着斑或线状象牙白色萎缩性瘢痕。所有患者经过组织病理确诊。12例患者均符合寒凝血瘀证。坏死期选用活血化瘀法,应用桃红四物汤加减;溃疡期选用温阳生肌法,应用自拟方温阳生肌汤加减。局部使用黄连膏换药。12例患者经中医药治疗后皮损均完全消退,溃疡愈合,遗留色素沉着斑及象牙白色萎缩性瘢痕。停药后随访6个月无1例复发。结论活血化瘀联合温阳生肌法为中医治疗青斑样血管炎提供了新的思路,并能明显降低复发率,值得进一步研究。  相似文献

目的::探讨生肌化瘀方不同溶剂提取部位对伤口愈合的影响,阐明其在深II度烧伤创面愈合过程中所起的重要作用。方法:大鼠随机分成6组(每组10只):空白组(生理盐水组)、阳性对照组(积雪草苷组)、生肌化瘀方石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物组。将生肌化瘀方不同溶剂提取部位应用于大鼠背部深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,通过不同时间点创面愈合情况、计算机图像分析,活检标本的细胞DNA周期分析及创面组织病理切片等方法观察了上皮愈合的情况。结果:生肌化瘀方氯仿部位创面平均愈合时间为(15.67±1.12)d,空白组为(22.87±1.01)d(P<0.01);氯仿部位创面羟脯氨酸及S期细胞百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:生肌化瘀方氯仿提取部位有明显的促进创面愈合的作用,为主要活性部位。  相似文献

The asphalt mastic–aggregate interface plays an essential role in determining the service performance of asphalt mixtures. The objective of this paper was to investigate the adhesion behaviors and mechanism between asphalt mastic and aggregate based on molecular dynamic (MD) simulations. First, the asphalt mastic model considering the actual mass ratio of filler to asphalt (F/A) condition was established and validated in terms of thermodynamic properties. Second, the molecular arrangement characteristics of polar components on the aggregate substrate were analyzed by radial distribution function (RDF), relative concentration (RC), and mean square displacement (MSD). Third, the interfacial adhesion ability between asphalt and aggregate was quantitively evaluated based on the work of adhesion. Finally, the coupling effect of moisture and temperature on interfacial adhesion behaviors was investigated to explore the adhesion failure characteristics of the asphalt–aggregate interface. The results demonstrate that the thermodynamic properties could be employed to validate the reliability of the asphalt mastic model. The self-aggregation degree of polar components in base asphalt could be significantly increased with the addition of silica particles, exhibiting a change of configuration from “parallel arrangement” into “stack distribution” due to the high polarity of silica particles. The polar components in asphalt mastic exhibit a more uniform distribution state and lower mobility capability than base asphalt owing to the adsorption effect of silica particles. Silica particles with amounts of residual charges could significantly increase the electrostatic energy of the asphalt mastic–aggregate interface, contributing to an improvement of the adhesion between asphalt mastic and aggregate. The increase of temperature enhances the work of adhesion of the asphalt mastic–aggregate interface, which is opposite to that of the base asphalt–aggregate interface. The asphalt mastic exhibits a greater sensitivity to interfacial moisture damage than base asphalt. The findings would provide insights into a better understanding on the micro adhesion mechanism of the asphalt mastic–aggregate interface.  相似文献

目的:观察扶正生肌油纱条对肛瘘术后患者创面愈合的影响。方法:选择 2019年 1月—2021年 1月于南京中医药大学徐州附属医院治疗的 160例行肛瘘手术的低位单纯肛瘘患者 160例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组 80例,对照组术后给予凡士林纱条治疗,研究组术后给予扶正生肌油纱条治疗,治疗后检测两组患者表皮生长因子( EGF)、血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)、炎症指标、免疫球蛋白指指标,给予视觉模拟评分( VAS)评价,记录两组患者创面愈合时间,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组 IgG水平高于对照组 [(10.12±3.14)g/L vs (7.52±2.19)g/L],研究组 IgA水平低于对照组 [(1.01±0.30)g/L vs (1.45±0.41)g/L,(P<0.05)],研究组 EGF、VEGF水平 [(7.61±2.18)μg/L、(139.02± 36.32)ng/L vs(5.93±1.26)μg/L、(121.84±33.25)ng/L]高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05),研究组 IL-1β水平低于对照组 [(23.66±6.94)ng/L VS (31.31±10.13)ng/L,P<0.05],研究组 IL-10水平高于对照组 [(65.19± 16.06)pg/mL vs(56.61±15.52)pg/mL,P<0.05],研究组患者 VAS评分低于对照组 [(2.73±0.81)分 vs(4.18±1.13)分, P<0.05],研究组患者创面愈合时间低于对照组 [(22.78±6.32)d vs(29.45±8.33)d,P<0.05],研究组患者总有效率( 97%)高于对照组( 76%),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:扶正生肌油纱条治疗肛瘘术后患者,可提升患者 EGF、VEGF水平,调控免疫球蛋白分泌,抑制患者炎症,缓解患者疼痛,促进创面愈合,提升临床疗效。  相似文献

Many airports are surfaced with grooved Marshall-designed dense graded asphalt. Grooving is required to satisfy regulatory aircraft skid resistance requirements, but introduces the risk of groove-related distress, such as groove closure. Consequently, airports seek an ungrooved runway surface option that performs similarly to dense graded asphalt but allows grooving to be avoided. Stone mastic asphalt is the most viable ungrooved runway surface solution and has been used on runways in Europe and China. However, before being accepted as an ungrooved runway surface in Australia, stone mastic asphalt must be shown to meet regulatory runway aircraft skid resistance requirements, and to otherwise perform similarly to typical dense graded asphalt mixtures for runway surfacing, including deformation resistance, fatigue cracking resistance and durability. Based on laboratory performance-related testing, 10-mm and 14-mm sized stone mastic asphalt mixtures, produced with four different aggregate sources, were found to generally meet the airport asphalt performance requirements. The 14 mm mixture was found to perform better than the 10 mm mixture, particularly regarding surface macrotexture and deformation resistance. It was concluded that airports should consider 14 mm sized stone mastic asphalt as an ungrooved runway surface in the future.  相似文献

为观察红油膏和八宝生肌散联合西药对肛瘘术后的临床效果,将肛瘘患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组40例患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组40例患者在常规西药治疗的基础上加用红油膏、八宝生肌散治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果显示,治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为92.5%,对照组为80.0%,观察组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。用药3d、10d后,观察组患者的疼痛评分、创面渗液评分均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组患者的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组。结果表明,红油膏和八宝生肌散联合西药对肛瘘术后患者具有显著的疗效,可加快手术创口的愈合,明显改善患者的临床症状,缓解局部疼痛等不适,提高患者的生活质量。  相似文献

Despite the remarkable development of the medical industry in the current era, herbal products with therapeutic potentials arise as attractive alternative treatments. Consequently, Chios mastiha, a natural, aromatic resin obtained from the trunk and brunches of the mastic tree, has recently gained increasing scientific interest due to its multiple beneficial actions. Chios mastiha is being exclusively produced on the southern part of Chios, a Greek island situated in the northern Aegean Sea, and its therapeutic properties have been known since Greek antiquity. There is now substantial evidence to suggest that mastiha demonstrates a plethora of favorable effects, mainly attributed to the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties of its components. The main use of mastiha nowadays, however, is for the production of natural chewing gum, although an approval by the European Medicines Agency for mild dyspeptic disorders and for inflammations of the skin has been given. The aim of this article is to summarize the most important data about the therapeutic actions of Chios mastiha and discuss future fields for its medical application.  相似文献

目的:探讨复黄生肌愈创油膏(简称复黄膏)对糖尿病创面愈合的促进作用及可能的作用机制。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常创面对照组、糖尿病模型组、复黄膏治疗组。制备糖尿病合并皮肤创面模型,模型组给予生理盐水纱布外敷,治疗组给予复黄膏外敷,1次/d。造模后分别于第3天和第11天分批处死动物,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,观察不同时段创面中TGF-β1与smad3、smad7 mRNA含量变化。结果:在创面修复的第3天,治疗组TGF—β1、smad3 mRNA表达均明显高于模型组(P〈0.05),且与正常组比较无统计学差异;第11天,治疗组TGF-β1、smad3 mRNA表达均明显低于正常组(P〈0.05),但与模型组比较无统计学差异。第3天时,smad7含量各组比较无统计学差异;而第11天时,治疗组明显高于模型组(P〈0.05),虽然与正常组比较无统计学差异,但药物干预组smad7 mRNA含量高于正常组。结论:复黄生肌愈创油膏在糖尿病溃疡创面愈合过程中可能动态调节smad3、smad7及TGF—β1 mRNA的表达,从而起到促进创面愈合的作用,同时可一定程度上减少瘢痕形成。  相似文献
