目的:研究黄白姜花Hedychium chrysoleucum根状茎的化学成分.方法:利用乙醇提取和蒸馏提取,硅胶柱进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为姜花酮(1),姜花素A(2),滇姜花素A(3),姜花素E(4),β-谷甾醇(5),柳杉二醇(6)和β-桉醇(7).结论:化合物1~7为首次从黄白姜花中分离得到.  相似文献

Abstract

Five flavonoids, including 3,7,4′-trimethoxy-5-hydroxyflavone (1), 3,4′-dimethoxy-5,7-dihydroxyflavone (2), 5,7,4′-trimethoxy-3-hydroxyflavone (3), 3,5,7,4′-tetramethoxyflavone (4), and 7,4′-dimethoxy-3,5-dihydroxyflavone (5), were isolated from the rhizome of Hedychium thyrsiforme and assayed for antioxidant and antitumor promoting activities. The antioxidant assays showed that 5,7,4′-trimethoxy-3-hydroxyflavone, 7,4′-dimethoxy-3,5-dihydroxyflavone and 3,4′-dimethoxy-5,7-dihydroxyflavone had strong activities. Only two compounds, 5,7,4′-trimethoxy-3-hychoxyflavone and 7,4′-dimethoxy-3,5-dihydroxyflavone, were found to be strong 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavengers with fifty percent inhibition concentration (IC50) values of 92 and 119 μM, respectively. Antitumor promoting assays indicated that all the flavonoids showed strong inhibition activity towards Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) activation in Raji cells.  相似文献

Seven labdane‐type diterpenes, coronarin E, coronarin A, yunnancoronarin A, yunnancoronarin B, hedyforrestin B, villosin, and hedyforrestin C were isolated from the rhizome of Hedychium gardnerianum and evaluated for cytotoxic activity against human small cell lung cancer (NCI‐H187) and non‐cancerous Vero cells. The results showed that villosin exhibited potent cytotoxic activity with IC50 of 0.40 μM, which was higher than that of the drug ellipticine (IC50 1.79 μM). Moreover, ellipticine was very toxic to Vero cells (IC50 7.47 μM) whereas the toxicity of villosin was undetectable at concentration lower than 166.42 μM. The results have indicated that the lactone ring is essential for high cytotoxic activity and that the presence of a hydroxyl group at the 6 or 7 position causes decrease in activity. The very high cytotoxicity against the NCI‐H187 cells and the exceptionally high selectivity index (>416) of villosin suggested that this compound may be used as a potential lead molecule for antitumor therapeutic development. The essential oil from fresh and dried rhizomes of Hedychium coronarium on GC-MS analysis resulted in the identification of 44 and 38 constituents representing 93.91% and 95.41%, respectively. The major components of the essential oil from fresh and dried Hedychium coronarium rhizome were 1,8-cineole (41.42%, 37.44%), beta-pinene (10.39%, 17.4%) and alpha-terpineol (8.8%, 6.7%). The aromatic oil has antifungal as well as antibacterial effects. The antimicrobial activities of the essential oil were individually evaluated against four microorganisms, including two bacteria and two fungi. It was found that the antimicrobial activity was higher in the fresh sample than the dried. Both samples showed a better activity against Trichoderma sp. and Candida albicans than against the bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

Objectives

Hedychium spicatum Buch. Ham. ex D.Don. (Family Zingiberaceae) is a rhizomatous herb, used in medicines, food, cosmetics and perfumery industries. Traditionally, it is widely used in treating inflammation, pain, asthma, foul breath, vomiting, diarrhoea, bronchitis, hiccough and blood diseases. This study systematically reviewed traditional and folk uses, pharmacological properties, bioactive compounds and market potential of H. spicatum. Research gaps and potential of future research have also been discussed.

Key findings

Available literature indicates that research on this species is largely focused on phytochemical and pharmacological studies; however, propagation and modern interventions for high productivity have been contravened. These studies demonstrated that the rhizome of the species exhibited many valuable and medicinally important compounds, such as labdane terpenes, hedychinone and polyphenols. Many of the traditional uses of the species have been validated through the findings of pharmacological studies and biological properties of the extracts and pure compounds. Phytochemical constituents and related pharmacological activities have provided some suggestive scientific evidences for the various ethnomedicinal uses of the species in the treatment, control and management of diseases and for new drug discovery.

Summary

Literature reveals that the species is lacking in exact scientific basis of the beneficial properties. Although, some other distinct biological properties identified in this species also opened new door way for its new applications. Therefore, the mentioned phytochemical constituents such as phenolic and flavonoids compounds; and related pharmacological activities such as antimicrobial, anti‐inflammatory and antioxidant activity of the species have provided some suggestive scientific evidences for its potential in pharmaceutical, food and aromatic industries.

目的:为夜寒苏(Rhizoma hedychii)的研究和利用提供新的参考资料和依据。方法:应用中药鉴定学方法对夜寒苏姜科姜花属植物圆瓣姜花Hedychium forrestii Diels.的干燥根茎进行原植物鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别以及气相色谱-质谱联用分析其挥发油成分。结果:其根状茎维管束呈外韧型,散生,皮层和中柱有油细胞存在,薄壁细胞内有淀粉粒和草酸钙方晶;主要挥发油成分为β-蒎烯、α-蒎烯、桉油精、α-萜品醇、4-松油醇等。结论:姜科姜花属植物圆瓣姜花为夜寒苏一个新的植物来源。  相似文献

目的:优化微波辐射法萃取姜花挥发油的提取工艺。方法:以挥发油的得率为指标,对萃取时间、萃取功率、萃取荆作L9(3^3)正交实验考察,确定了姜花挥发油最佳提取方案。结果:最佳提取工艺为萃取介质为正己烷,微波火势58%,微波辐射20min。结论:该优化工艺可行,提取率高。  相似文献

目的:建立滇姜花Hedychium yunnanense的二萜类成分姜花酮(hedychenone)的含量分析方法。方法:C18柱,流动相乙 腈-水(9∶1),柱温25℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长235 nm。结果:hedychenone的线性范围5.92~29.6μg.mL-1 (r=0.999 9)。平均加样回收率为98.9%。精密度RSD<2%(n=5)。结论:本方法简单、有效、可行,可用于滇姜花的质量评价。  相似文献
