One new triterpene compound, 3β-acetoxylup-20(30)-en-29-al (1) and two known 3-acetylptiloepoxide (2) and 3β-acetoxylup-20(29)-ene (3) were isolated for the first time from the leaves of Campanula lactiflora and their structures were deduced by high field 1D and 2D 400 MHz NMR, EI-MS and (+) LC-MS/MS spectra.  相似文献

藏药脉花党参的化学成分(英文)   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的:研究藏药脉花党参 Codonopsis nervosa ( Chipp.) Nannf.地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用 D101 大孔树脂柱、硅胶柱、ODS 柱、凝胶柱等色谱手段进行化学分离和纯化, 并利用各种波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定了 15 个化合物, 分别为柯伊利素(1), 苜蓿素(2), 芹菜素(3), 琥珀酸(4), β-胡萝卜苷(5), 木犀草素(6), 木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),ethylsyringin (8), 芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9), 木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-(1→6)-[(6’’’-O-咖啡酸)-β-D-葡萄糖苷](10), 木犀草素-7-O-β-D-龙胆二糖苷(11), 丁香苷(12), 绿原酸(13), 新绿原酸(14), 对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖苷(15)。结论:化合物 1 5, 8, 9, 12, 14,15 均首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

综合运用各种色谱分离技术对党参的水提取物进行化学成分研究,利用各种波谱技术确定化合物的结构。该研究从党参中分离得到8个单体成分,分别鉴定为:(-)-(7R,8S,7'E)-3',4-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-8,4'-oxyneoligna-7'-ene-7,9,9'-triol(1)、9-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)-nona-trans,trans-2,8-diene-4,6-diyn-1-ol(2)、9-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)-trans-non-8-ene-4,6-diyn-1-ol(3)、党参炔苷元(4)、党参炔苷(5)、去氢双松柏醇(6)、5-羟甲基-糠醛(7)、4,4'-dihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-trans-stilbene(8)。其中,化合物1为新的木脂素类化合物,2,3为首次从党参属中分离得到。  相似文献

Three known monodesmosidic saponins: 3-O--d-glucopyranosyl-2,3,16,23,24-pentahydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid, 3-O--d-glucopyranosyl polygalacic acid, and 3-O--d-glucopyranosyl-(13)--d-glucopyranosyl polygalacic acid; and two known nonsaponin compounds: a mixed compound of n-tetracosanoic acid (lignoceric acid), n-hexacosanoic acid (cerotic acid), and n-octacosanoic acid, and -monopalmitin; were isolated for the first time from the root of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC. together with another seven known compounds: platycoside G1 (3-O--d-glucopyranosyl-(16)--d-glucopyranosyl-(16)--d-glucopyranosyl-2,3,16,23,24-pentahydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid 28-O--d-xylopyranosyl-(14)--l-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--l-arabinopyranoside), deapio-platycodin D, Polygalacin D, deapio-platycodin D3, platycoside A, -spinasterol, and -spinasteryl-3-O--d-glucopyranoside. Alkaline hydrolysis of platycoside G1 afforded a new monodesmosidic prosaponin: 3-O--d-glucopyranosyl-(16)--d-glucopyranosyl-(16)--d-glucopyranosyl-2,3,16,23,24-pentahydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid. Codonopsis lanceolata L. has long been used as a folk medicine in Korea, Japan and China for the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases. In this study, therefore, we aimed to demonstrate its ethnopharmacological activity by examining macrophage-function regulating effects. The total methanol extracts of fresh leaves (l-TME) or roots (r-TME) of Codonopsis lanceolata L. significantly suppressed the production of pro-inflammatory mediators (nitric oxide [NO] and tumor necrosis factor [TNF-alpha]) without altering mRNA levels. The expression of interleukin (IL)-3 and IL-6, however, was strongly diminished. According to the analysis of signaling enzyme activation by immunoblotting, phospho-IkappaB levels, a representative pro-inflammatory gene activation pathway, were not affected by the TMEs. By contrast, the Raf-ERK signaling pathway, which was involved in regulation of post-translational modification of pro-inflammatory gene products, was strongly blocked after 6-h of exposure. Moreover, l-TME down-regulated LPS-mediated phagocytic uptake and CD29-mediated cell-cell adhesion, while r-TME strongly up-regulated these two cellular events as well as fibronectin-cell adhesion. The surface levels of the costimulatory molecules (CD80 and CD86) of RAW264.7 cells were also enhanced by these extracts. l-TME also diminished functional activation (assessed by NO production) and the surface level of dectin-1, but not toll-like receptor (TLR)-2. Taken together, these data suggest that Codonopsis lanceolata may have the ability to modulate macrophage-mediated immune responses, thus contributing to its anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

A new phenylpropanoid was isolated from the roots ofCodonopsis ussuriensis (Rupr. et Maxim) Hemsley. It was colorless crystals, mp. 140–142°C and was elucidated as 4-(3-ethoxy-1-propenyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside on basis of spectral data analysis.  相似文献

The EtOH extract of the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum afforded two new triterpene saponins platycoside P (1) and platycoside Q (2). Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic means and hydrolysis products. These compounds were evaluated for inhibitory activity against LPS-induced TNF-α production in RAW 246.7 macrophages. Compounds 1 and 2 showed inhibitory activity with the inhibition ratios (%) of 38.6 and 44.1 at 50 μM, respectively.  相似文献
