超市连锁店熟食卤味销售的HACCP研究

应用HACCP的原理和方法,对超市连锁店熟食卤味销售进行了危害因素分析,找出了关键控制点(CCP),提出了控制措施,并建议超市连锁店销售非包装熟食卤味时使用密封低温冷藏展示柜。     

完全性左束支传导阻滞伴快速心房纤颤并急性左心衰竭的抢救

目的总结完全性左束支传导阻滞伴快速心房纤颤并急性左心衰竭的治疗经验,以提高抢救成功率.方法对经抢救治疗的完全性左束支传导阻滞伴快速心房纤颤并急性左心衰竭9例(16次)患者进行治疗方面的回顾分析.结果9例(16次)患者14次抢救成功,成功率87.0%,但复发率较高,预后较差,有5例患者在抢救时或出院后1～2年内猝死.结论该组患者经传统"强心、利尿、扩血管",控制心房纤颤、心室率等治疗是远远不够的.应在未发生肺泡性肺水肿及心源性休克之前,尽早尽快地应用血管扩张剂及联合应用小剂量非洋地黄类正性肌力药物,并维持治疗24～72 h.其中以酚妥拉明加多巴胺和(或)多巴酚丁胺效果可能较佳,血管扩张剂硝酸酯类不及α-受体阻滞剂酚妥拉明疗效明显.     

温州口岸出入境人员心房颤动分析

目的了解温州口岸出入境人员中的心房颤动的发生情况，探讨旅行保健方法。方法对检出的48例心房颤动患者的资料进行分析。结果对2003．11-2004．10从温州口岸出入境的19862名人员进行心电图检查，发现心房颤动病例48例，检出率为0．24％，其中男性29例，女性19例，男女之间检出率没有显著差异。心房颤动多见于老年人。结论出入境人员进行健康体检具有重要意义。确保出入境人员的健康。     

Development of intestinal epithelial cell lines using a transgenic mouse

The epithelial cells of the colonic mucosa of the animal have proved impossible to culture using standard tissue culture techniques. Immortalization of adult colonic epithelial cells has been unsuccessful due to the lack of DNA synthesis in these cells once they are isolated from the tissue. Recently an unique transgenic mouse bearing a temperature sensitive mutant of the known immortalizing gene, SV40 large T has become available. The advantage of this mouse is that the SV40 large T gene is expressed in every cell. Active immortalizing protein is produced in each cell at the permissive temperature. We have used colonic mucosa from these mice to initiate cultures of epithelial cells from the colon of adult mice. The cells grow readily at the permissive temperature but die within 7 days at the non-permissive temperature. The methods used to develop these cultures are described.     

Intrafamilial heterogeneous clinical presentation of the mitochondrial 3243 MELAS mutation; molecular investigations among four generations

We have identified the A3243G heteroplasmic point mutation in mitochondrial DNA from a female patient with headache as the main clinical feature. The mitochondrial origin of her disease was only suspected because of her brother with MELAS syndrome. Morphological and biochemical studies failed to reveal mitochondrial respiratory chain dysfunction in her muscle which contained 65% of mutated mitochondrial DNA molecules. Molecular studies performed among four generations (in the blood of seven subjects) showed the variable transmission of mutated molecules and pointed out the difficulty in giving genetic counsel.     

A newly recognized point mutation in the cytochrome b558 heavy chain gene replacing alanine57 by glutamic acid,in a patient with cytochrome b positive X-linked chronic granulomatous disease

Molecular genetic analysis was performed in a patient with cytochrome b positive X-linked chronic granulomatous disease. A previous Southern blot study, using a cytochrome b heavy chain cDNA as probe, revealed a Pst I restriction fragment pattern for the cytochrome b heavy chain gene (CYBB) different to that of normal individuals. Since restriction length polymorphism with Pst I has never been observed in control individuals and no abnormal restriction fragment patterns in the patient's CYBB was detected with seven other enzymes used, we focussed on the single Pst I site in the CYBB cDNA as being the only mutation site responsible for his disease. A fragment of the patient's cDNA which included the Pst I site was amplified by reverse polymerase chain reaction, and loss of the Pst I site in the fragment was confirmed by incubation with Pst I. Subsequent sequence analysis of the fragment revealed a point mutation in the Pst I site (cytosine to adenine), substituting glutamic acid for alanine at position 57.

采用推按运经仪加中药、耳穴贴压等综合治疗结石３００例，６０例肝胆结石中，治愈２８例，显效２０例，无效１２例，有效率８０％；２４０例泌尿系结石中，治愈１３６例，显效８８例，无效１６例，有效率９３．３％。     

Smith-Fineman-Myers综合征的候选基因GPC4分析

目的:探讨GPC4基因与中国山东Smith-Fineman-Myers综合征(SFMS)的关系,并分析SFMS患者GPC4基因突变。方法:利用primer3设计扩增GPC4全部编码序列及内含子和外显子接头序列的引物,采用PCR扩增结合PCR产物直接测序方法检测GPC4基因开放性阅读框架区域基因突变。结果:在GPC4基因开放性阅读框架区域内并未检测到导致疾病的基因突变。结论:山东SFMS家系患者不是由于GPC4基因编码区域基因突变所致。     

THE INFLUENCE OF MULTIPLE FACTORS ON GALL BLADDER PRESSURE AFTER AURICULAR POINT STIMULATION

The study has explored 11 correlative variables which might affect the gallblad-der pressure GBP of patients with gall stone after auricular electrical stimulation by means of multiplestepwise regression. It was found that the size of gallbladder stone (X9), cholecystolithiasis (X4),sex (X1), and the baseline of GBP (X10) could affect the GBP change range (Y1) depressingly orreinforcingly. Also the baseline of GBP (Y1) could be affected by the variables X1 (sex), X2 (age),and X6 (long diameter of the gallbladder, LDGB), etc.. The result shows that the change in GBPafter auricular electrical stimulation is comprehensively influenced by multiple factors. And it providessome useful information for predicting the curative effect of auricular therapy on gallbladder stone inclinic.
