本文报道57例白血病血清铜,锌含量的测定结果。白血病治疗前血清铜升高,铜/锌值增大;治疗后,病情缓解者下降,未缓解者则更高。血清锌在治疗前后无何差异。急性淋巴细胞性白血病骨髓中白血病细胞百分数与血清铜浓度呈正相关。检测血清铜,锌对白血病疗效的预测及判断预后有一定意义。 相似文献

Chromatin zinc was studied using X-ray microanalysis of spermatozoa obtained from split-ejaculate fractions. Chromatin zinc, expressed as intensity ratio between zinc and sulphur (Zn/S), was unrelated to seminal zinc concentration, but was related inversely to markers of seminal vesicular secretion (fructose concentration and the proportion of zinc bound to ligands of seminal vesicular origin). It is concluded that the content of zinc in sperm chromatin can be reduced by the action of zinc ligands of seminal vesicular origin. An abnormally high contribution of seminal vesicular fluid to sperm-rich fractions of the ejaculate thus creates a risk of depleting chromatin zinc and thereby impairing zinc-dependent chromatin stability. 相似文献

Abstract. The Authors determined zinc (Zn) and magnesium (Mg) in the plasma, urine, erythrocytes (RBCs), mono- and polymorphonuclear cells (MNCs and PMNs) of patients with overt alcoholic and nonalcoholic liver cirrhosis. In order to obtain a clearer clinical picture, biochemical and nutritional parameters (retinol, tocopherol, six different carotenoids, creatinine-height index and tricipital skinfold), as well as markers of portal hypertension (spleno-portal size and platelet count) were also evaluated.
The plasma levels of Zn and Mg were found to be reduced, as were the urine levels of Mg. Urine Zn, on the other hand, was higher than normal. Plasma Zn correlated inversely, and urine Zn directly, with the severity of the disease, rather than with alcohol consumption or treatment with diuretics. Protein metabolism impairment would appear to affect the plasma transport of Zn rather than its overall availability in the organism; the opposite was found in the case of Mg, the availability of which appeared to be reduced. Determination of the two elements in RBCs, MNCs and PMNs suggested that a true nutritional deficit cannot be demonstrated. 缺锌对大鼠力竭性游泳前后睾酮和锌水平变化的影响 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4
本实验动态观察了缺锌和缺锌后补锌对大鼠力竭性游泳前后辜丸和血清睾酮、锌水平以及游泳能力的影响。结果显示:缺锌造成大鼠游泳能力大大降低,补锌后明显增加。不论安静时还是力竭性游泳后12小时内,缺锌大鼠的血清和辜丸锌含量均显著低于对照和补锌大鼠。与对照和补锌大鼠相比,缺锌大鼠的血清和睾丸酮含量,安静时均较低,力竭性游泳后也呈现不同程度的降低。缺锌还造成大鼠辜丸重量的明显下降。结果表明,锌营养不良将损害运动能力。 相似文献

Zinc(II) phthalocyanine is the active component of the liposomal formulation CGP 55847 which showed a high activity in photodynamic therapy in a variety of animal tumours. The photophysical properties of zinc(II) phthalocyanine have been studied in detail and compared to those of Photofrin, the only sensitizing agent approved so far for phase III/IV clinical trials. Since the efficacy of photodynamic therapy intrinsically depends on the spectroscopic features of the sensitizer, quantum chemical methods have proven to be an efficient means for optimizing chemical structures. As will be shown, a simple modification of the time-honoured INDO model of Pople allows a prediction of the singlet and triplet state properties of molecules of the size of zinc(II) phthalocyanine with an rms error of ≤ 1000 cm−1. 相似文献
