应用99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)对29例受检者进行首次通过法心室显像,测定左室射血分数(LVEF),并与同期平衡法心室显像测得的LVEF进行相关分析。结果:首次通过法和平衡法心室显像测得的LVEF分别为(46.5±16.7)%、(49.1±16.1)%(P>0.05)。相关分析结果显示,二者有明显的相关(r=0.787,P<0.01)。结果表明:99mTc-MIBI为心肌显像剂,采用首次通过法心室显像,在观察心肌血流改变的同时,可准确可靠地评价左室收缩功能状态。 相似文献

本研究探讨甲氧基聚乙二醇(mPEG)化学修饰移植物细胞对小鼠单倍体相合干细胞移植后移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)的影响.取经mPEG修饰及未修饰的成年CB6小鼠脾细胞悬液注入BALB/c新生幼鼠的腹腔(5×106脾细胞/只),以脾增大指标判断新生BALB/c小鼠注射单倍体相合供鼠脾细胞后的GVHD反应;取经mPEG修饰及未修饰的成年BALB/c小鼠骨髓及脾细胞混合悬液(BMS)尾静脉注入接受致死量γ射线照射后的成年BALB/c小鼠(2×105个BMS/只),注射后第8天取受鼠脾脏,计数脾结节数.结果表明修饰组脾指数1(SI1)较未修饰组减低,修饰组脾指数2(SI2)值<1.3,未修饰组SI2值>1.3,提示接受mPEG修饰的单倍体相合脾细胞输注后,修饰组GVHD程度较未修饰组轻;未修饰组与修饰组相比较,脾结节形成的数量差异无显著性意义(p>0.05),说明mPEG修饰不影响造血干祖细胞的活性.结论mPEG修饰移植物可减轻小鼠单倍体相合干细胞移植后的GVHD,而不影响干祖细胞活性. 相似文献

Flow cytometry-based methods have been developed to measure most neutrophil responses. The assessment of the mobilization of calcium, however, is routinely performed on neutrophils isolated from whole blood. This report describes a flow cytometry-based assay to measure the mobilization of calcium in neutrophils directly in whole blood. This method requires minimal sample manipulation, small volumes of blood and is performed in a short period of time. Both clinical and research laboratories will be able to assess neutrophil function and the quality of granulocyte preparations using a more time and cost effective calcium mobilization test. 相似文献

5-Methoxy-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine (5-MeO-DIPT) is a synthetic orally active hallucinogenic tryptamine derivative, known also as Foxy or Foxy methoxy. However, few studies have examined its effects in vitro. In the present study, we investigated the actions of 5-MeO-DIPT against monoamine neurotransmitter transporters, including the transporters for dopamine (DAT), norepinephrine (NET), and serotonin (SERT), using COS-7 cells heterologously expressing these transporters and rat brain synaptosomes. 5-MeO-DIPT specifically inhibited the uptake of [3H]serotonin (5-HT) by the SERT-expressing COS-7 cells and rat striatal synaptosomes in a high affinity manner at concentrations similar to those for cocaine. The effect was reversible and competitive. 5-MeO-DIPT failed to stimulate reverse transport of [3H]5-HT through SERT, while it prevented the releasing action of methamphetamine. 5-MeO-DIPT induced cell toxicity at high concentrations in COS-7 cells, and it was not influenced by the expression of SERT. These results demonstrated that 5-MeO-DIPT acts as a competitive SERT inhibitor and has an inability to cause reverse transport, underlying its serotonergic actions. 相似文献

Effects of 7-hydroxy-3-methoxy-cadalene (cadalene) extracted from Zelkova serrata on 4-(methylinitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK)-induced oxidative stress were examined using A/J mice. NNK (65 microg/ml water) was orally administered to 20 mice for 7 weeks, followed by free feeding of a commercial diet, not containing cadalene, for 2 weeks. The control group was maintained without NNK and cadalene administration, and treatment groups with NNK and cadalene (6.25, 25, 100 mg/kg feed) feeding for 25 weeks. The glutathione concentration of cadalene-treated (65 microg/ml water) group was significantly higher than that of the group treated only with NNK (p < 0.05). The results of our study strongly indicate that cadalene exerts antioxidative effect on NNK-induced lung tumorigenesis in A/J mice. 相似文献
