我院多年来应用千捶膏和生肌玉红膏治疗感染性伤面。千捶膏用于去腐,生肌玉红膏用于生新。据我们观察二药有较强的抗感染作用,尤其有抗绿脓感染作用。应用千捶膏可以较快地达到脱腐作用,应用生肌玉红膏可以促进肉芽增生,达到伤面早期愈合,值得推广。  相似文献

16例交锁髓内钉+植骨治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的疗效观察   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的 :观察交锁髓内钉 植骨治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法 :本组胫骨骨折不愈合 16例 ,男 11例 ,女 5例 :年龄 19— 76岁 ,平均 34岁 ,全部采用开放置入交锁髓内钉 植骨治疗。结果 :经 11到 2 4个月 (平均 16 .5个月 )随访 ,15例胫骨骨不连愈合。结论 :交锁髓内钉 植骨治疗胫骨骨折不愈合具有 :1、合理的生物力学设计 ;2、抗骨折旋转及短缩功能 :3、对局部血运破坏小 ;4、植骨的成骨作用等促进骨愈合 ,值得推荐使用  相似文献

西部农村村级卫生服务与保健促进措施的评价   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
目的 对卫生部一联合国儿童基金会在西部5省40个贫困县开展的“综合试点项目”中.所实施村卫生服务和妇幼保健促进短期效果进行综合评价和对比分析,为寻找西部贫困地区农村卫生和妇幼保健促进的措施和有效途径提供依据。方法 选择项目中27个指标,并分为卫生管理、医疗条件、妇女保健、儿童保健4个方面,运用层次分析法、TOPSIS法、线性加权法,综合评价了“综合试点项目”促进措施的作用。结果2000年5省的村级卫生服务与妇幼保健的综合评价值高于1999年,其差异有显著性意义。村级医疗条件、妇女保健和儿童保健的水平有了明显改善。结论 在西部5省开展的“综合试点项目”促进措施有效,促进作用显著。其经验可为我国政府制定促进西部、乃至全国贫困地区农村卫生事业改革的政策提供依据。  相似文献

目的:检测氟暴露工人血浆抗热休克蛋白70(HSP70)抗体表达情况,探讨其与氟暴露应激反应的关系。方法:选择某铝厂氟暴露工人和非氟暴露工人各22人,用氟离子选择电极法测定血清氟、尿氟离子浓度,用Western-ELISA方法检测血浆抗HSP70抗体阳性率。结果:氟暴露组工人血清氟、尿氟离子浓度明显高于非暴露组(P<0.01);血浆HSP70抗体阳性率比较,氟暴露组抗HSP70抗体阳性率明显高于非暴露组(P<0.01)。结论:氟暴露环境下工人抗HSP70抗体阳性率明显增加,可能与氟暴露环境的应激保护反应有关。  相似文献

目的 探讨氟对铝作业工人的健康影响。方法 采用作业环境空气中氟化物测定和职业健康检查等方法进行调查研究。结果 接触组神经衰弱、咳嗽、胸闷、四肢疼痛、关节痛及四肢麻木明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。接触组确诊的 2例Ⅰ期氟病患者和 10 8例氟观察对象、5 4例氟斑牙主要表现与对照组相比差异具有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。铝电解工心律不齐和心电图异常项次之合计的检出率明显增高 ,与对照组比较 ,差异均有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 氟对铝作业工人的健康影响比较严重 ,应引起有关部门的重视  相似文献

The majority of the population experience successful wound‐healing outcomes; however, 1–3% of those aged over 65 years experience delayed wound healing and wound perpetuation. These hard‐to‐heal wounds contain degraded and dysfunctional extracellular matrix (ECM); yet, the integrity of this structure is critical in the processes of normal wound healing. Here, we evaluated a novel synthetic matrix protein for its ability to act as an acellular scaffold that could replace dysfunctional ECM. In this regard, the synthetic protein was subjected to adsorption and diffusion assays using collagen and human dermal tissues; evaluated for its ability to influence keratinocyte and fibroblast attachment, migration and proliferation and assessed for its ability to influence in vivo wound healing in a porcine model. Critically, these experiments demonstrate that the matrix protein adsorbed to collagen and human dermal tissue but did not diffuse through human dermal tissue within a 24‐hour observation period, and facilitated cell attachment, migration and proliferation. In a porcine wound‐healing model, significantly smaller wound areas were observed in the test group compared with the control group following the third treatment. These data provide evidence that the synthetic matrix protein has the ability to function as an acellular scaffold for wound‐healing purposes.  相似文献

The mechanism of the neuroprotective effect of hyperbaric oxygenation remains unclear although its clinical benefits have been well recognized for human ischaemic neuronal disease. The preventive effect of hyperbaric oxygenation against delayed neuronal death was investigated in the gerbil following transient forebrain ischaemia. Delayed neuronal death in the gerbil was produced by clips on both the common carotid arteries (10 min). Morphological examination was carried out after several protocols of hyperbaric oxygenation, modified from the protocols for human ischaemic neuronal disease. Neurons in the hippocampal CA1 were well preserved in the gerbils treated with hyperbaric oxygenation, more so than in the gerbils with no hyperbaric oxygenation. Moreover, more neurons were preserved in the CA1 treated with hyperbaric oxygenation within 6 h of the ischaemia, than when the hyperbaric oxygenation was started 24 h after the ischaemia. The induction of heat shock proteins (HSP72 and HSP27) became weaker in the gerbils with hyperbaric oxygenation than in those without hyperbaric oxygenation, as seen immunohistochemically. We also observed an increase in dense bodies, that were shown to be lysosomes and myelinoid structures in the cytoplasm of the neurons ultrastructurally, in the hippocampus with hyperbaric oxygenation. However, no oxygen toxicity to the neurons was detected, up to at least two atmospheres absolute. This experimental system was useful to investigate the preventive mechanism of hyperbaric oxygenation against delayed neuronal death in the gerbil, and to determine the clinical indications and the most effective protocol for hyperbaric oxygenation for ischaemic neuronal damage in the human brain.  相似文献

Amnion and chorion allografts have shown great promise in healing diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs). Results from an interim analysis of 40 patients have demonstrated the accelerated healing ability of a novel aseptically processed, dehydrated human amnion and chorion allograft (dHACA). The goal of this study was to report on the full trial results of 80 patients where dHACA was compared with standard of care (SOC) in achieving wound closure in non‐healing DFUs. After a 2‐week screening period, during which patients with DFUs were unsuccessfully treated with SOC, patients were randomised to either SOC alone or SOC with dHACA applied weekly for up to 12 weeks. At 12 weeks, 85% (34/40) of the dHACA‐treated DFUs healed, compared with 33% (13/40) treated with SOC alone. Mean time to heal within 12 weeks was significantly faster for the dHACA‐ treated group compared with SOC, 37 days vs 67 days in the SOC group (P = .000006). Mean number of grafts used per healed wound during the same time period was 4.0, and mean cost of the tissue to heal a DFU was $1771. The authors concluded that aseptically processed dHACA heals DFUs significantly faster than SOC at 12 weeks.  相似文献

目的:初步探讨口腔综合防治措施对患者菌斑指数的影响。方法:将固定矫治后牙釉质脱矿需接受护牙素治疗的20例青少年患者,随机原则分实验组和对照组各10例患者。实验组用Toot h Mousse护牙素全口局部涂抹并按事先制订的口腔综合防治计划,采用语言、示范、文字相结合的教育方式,对患者进行口腔卫生宣教。对照组仅用Toot h Mousse护牙素局部涂抹治疗,不做口腔卫生宣教。比较两组基线、基线后1周,基线后4周菌斑指数的变化。结果:实验组基线后1周、基线后4周菌斑指数较基线减少并好于对照组,组间比较有统计学差异,但实验组基线后4周菌斑指数较基线后1周有所反弹。结论:口腔综合防治措施有助于控制固定矫治后牙釉质脱矿患者的菌斑指数,有利于牙釉质的再矿化。  相似文献
