清脉颗粒醇沉工艺的正交优选

目的：优选清脉颗粒的醇沉工艺。方法：选取药液相对密度,醇沉浓度及醇沉时间为考察因素,以干浸膏得率,薯蓣皂苷元苷含量为考察指标,采用正交试验优选醇沉工艺。结果：优选的醇沉工艺为药液浓缩至相对密度1.13 - 1.18 g·;ml-1,加乙醇至乙醇体积分数为60%,醇沉24 h。结论：优选的工艺稳定可行,为清脉颗粒的临床应用提供试验依据。     

膨大素对川麦冬生长发育及其产量和质量的影响

目的研究膨大素对川麦冬生长发育及其产量、质量的影响。方法在收获期随机采样测定川麦冬的生物学性状及产量,用SPSS软件分析川麦冬生物学性状与产量的相关性规律;用UV法测定川麦冬中的总皂苷,考察膨大素的施用量和施用方式对其质量的影响。结果川麦冬的植株生物学性状(除块根直径、株高外)对产量均有显著影响,影响程度为单株块根重>块根数>分蘖数>块根长>百粒重>冠幅。膨大素能促进川麦冬植株地上部分的生长,明显增加块根数、单株块根重,显著提高川麦冬的产量;除低剂量外,膨大素降低了川麦冬总皂苷的含量,且随着剂量的增加,作用越强。结论膨大素能促进川麦冬的生长发育,显著提高川麦冬的产量,且与多效唑分段合用时效果更佳。不同剂量膨大素对川麦冬总皂苷含量的影响差异较大,低剂量有利于川麦冬总皂苷的积累。     

Potential of liquid extracts of Sargassum wightii on growth,biochemical and yield parameters of cluster bean plant

ObjectiveTo explore biofertilizing efficiency of seaweed liquid extracts of brown alga Sargassum wightii (S. wightii) on growth, biochemical and yield parameters of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (C. tetragonoloba).MethodsSeaweeds were made to coarse powder and stock solution was prepared. Different concentrations such as 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% and 5.0% were prepared and given as foliar spray.ResultsSeaweed Liquid Extract (SLE) at low concentration (1.5%) exhibited promoting effect on growth and yield parameters. Differential responses in the content of photosynthetic pigments, protein, reducing sugar, ascorbic acid and in the activity of nitrate reductase were also observed in the leaves of SLE treated seedlings when compared to untreated seedlings. Higher concentrations (above 1.5%) of SLE were found to show inhibitory effect.ConclusionThe presence of micro and macro nutrients, vitamins, growth hormones and other constituents in the seaweed extract might be very much useful to the crops but their level should be appropriate to enhance growth and productivity. It may be concluded that liquid seaweed extracts could serve as cost effective eco-friendly product for sustainable agriculture.     

A comparison between two powder compaction parameters of plasticity: The effective medium A parameter and the Heckel 1/K parameter

The purpose of the research was to introduce a procedure to derive a powder compression parameter (EM A) representing particle yield stress using an effective medium equation and to compare the EM A parameter with the Heckel compression parameter (1/K).     

The Rheology of Liquids: A Comparison of Clinicians’ Subjective Impressions and Objective Measurement

Texture-modified diets are commonly prescribed for patients with dysphagia; it is therefore important to demonstrate that clinicians form accurate impressions of the rheological (flow) properties of the items that they recommend for their clients. We explored the correlation between objective rheological measurement and clinicians subjective impressions of liquid consistency, rated on the bases of product labeling and sampling. Ten liquids, ranging from thin through nectar-thick and honey-thick to spoon-thick consistencies, were selected for study. Rheological analysis was conducted using a Carri-Med CSL Controlled Stress Rheometer. Fifty speech-language pathologists ranked the liquids in order of perceived viscosity, based on their interpretation of the product packaging and label. Product nomenclature proved insufficient to accurately represent the consistency class to which each liquid belonged. A second group of 16 speech-language pathologists rated the perceived relative viscosity and density of nectar-thick and honey-thick juice items in blinded two-point discrimination tests of stirring-resistance, oral manipulation, and vessel weight. Physical sampling of these two products enabled clinicians to reliably perceive relative viscosity and density differences between the nectar- and honey-thick items.     

孕产妇的情绪调控对产程影响的临床观察

妇女怀孕后，其生理和心理都会产生很大变化，情绪波动尤为突出，这在一定程度上影响了产妇的身心健康，有的甚至造成分娩障碍，不利于产后恢复，因此，要重视产妇的情绪调控，使产妇在最佳的情绪状态下顺利完成分娩过程。     

金银花产量和质量的物候学分析

不同物候期采收的金银花产量和质量存在显著差异。第一茬花产量最高,其后几茬花产量逐次降低;第一茬花千蕾重及绿原酸含量最高,第四茬花次之,第二、三茬花较低。这种差异主要与不同物候期间花芽分化历时、花枝的类型、叶面积、叶绿素含量等生物学因素有关,不同物候期的气温、日照时数、降水量等气候因子也密切影响药材质量。     

鼻咽清胶囊制备工艺研究

目的:系统研究鼻咽清胶囊的制备工艺。方法:通过正交设计实验,以收率为指标,优选在煎煮辛夷、黄芪和防风的过程中醇沉等工艺条件;并研究成型工艺中药粉的制备及休止角的测定。结果:煎煮工艺中提取物的平均收率为15.4%,确定选择玉米淀粉为辅料的成型工艺。结论:确定了鼻咽清胶囊制备过程中有关煎煮、成型工艺的最优参数条件。     

Usefulness of Post-bronchoscopy Sputum Culture for Diagnosis of Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Pulmonary Disease

BackgroundBronchoscopy is recommended for patients with suspected nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease (NTM-PD) whose sputum culture results are consistently negative or from whom adequate sputum samples cannot be obtained. Post-bronchoscopy sputum (PBS) collection is recommended for patients with suspected tuberculosis who undergo bronchoscopy. However, it remains unclear whether PBS collection can increase the diagnostic yield of NTM-PD.MethodsPatients with suspected NTM-PD who underwent diagnostic bronchoscopy from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020 at the Seoul National University Hospital were included in the study. They were divided into the sputum culture-negative and scanty sputum groups. The results of mycobacterial cultures from bronchial washing specimens and PBS were compared between these groups.ResultsIn total, 141 patients were included in the study; there were 39 and 102 patients in the sputum culture-negative and scanty sputum groups, respectively. Nontuberculous mycobacteria were cultured from bronchial washing specimens collected from 38.3% (54/141) of all patients (30.7% [12/39] patients in the sputum culture-negative group and 41.2% [42/102] patients in the scanty sputum group; P = 0.345). Nontuberculous mycobacteria were exclusively cultured from PBS collected from 3.5% (5/141) of all patients (7.7% [3/39] patients in the sputum culture-negative group and 2.0% [2/102] patients in the scanty sputum group; P = 0.255).ConclusionsAdditional PBS collection improved diagnostic yield marginally in patients with suspected NTM-PD who undergo bronchoscopy.
