目的:建立复合氨基酸胶囊中5种水溶性维生素的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用乙腈与庚烷磺酸钠-磷酸钠的水溶液(pH=3.0)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,色谱柱为C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),柱温40℃,检测波长为280nm,进样量为20μl.结果:维生素Bl、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C和烟酰胺分别在24.7~75.2μg·ml-1、15.0~44.9μg·ml-1、12.2~37.5μg·ml-1、99.2~299.9μg·ml-1和100.3~300.9μg·ml-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均为1.000,平均回收率均在100%±2%范围以内.RSD分别为0.19%、0.26%、0.46%、1.17%和0.52%.结论:本方法准确,简便,快捷,可以同时测定复合氨基酸胶囊中维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C和烟酰胺的含量. 相似文献

To determine the amounts and chemical forms of chlorine compounds in elemental chlorine-free (ECF) bleached pulp for sanitary products, a chemical-form-based quantitative analysis flow scheme was created. The scheme involves quantitative determination of compounds eluted in elution tests assuming dermal exposure. The results indicated that most of the chlorine compounds in pulp used for sanitary products were insoluble organically bound chlorine and water-soluble chlorides consisting of chloride ions. The total amount of chlorine obtained by analysis of the total chlorine in the pulp products was close to the sum of the amounts of water-soluble chlorides, residual chlorine, chloroacetic acids, and insoluble organically bound chlorine. Therefore, the balance of chlorine measured by the flow scheme was acceptable. Little residual chlorine was detected in the pulp products, suggesting that the chlorine dioxide used for bleaching was almost completely converted into inactive inorganic chlorides and organic chlorine compounds and that these substances do not affect the health risk posed by pulp products. A risk assessment of the detected chloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid revealed that there is no concern about the health risk posed by use of these products. 相似文献

The effectiveness of micronized wheat fibres (MWF) alone or in association with yeast cell walls (YCW) as active adsorbents to decrease, in vivo, the levels of ochratoxin A (OTA) was checked in a total of 48 rats, equitably distributed into four groups: (1) control; (2) OTA naturally contaminated diet (2.2 microg/g); (3) OTA naturally contaminated diet (2.2 microg/g) amended with MWF (2%); (4) OTA naturally contaminated diet (2 microg/g) amended with MWF (1.8%) in association with YCW (0.2%). A 4 week experimental period corresponding to a daily intake in the range of 132.2-146.1 microg OTA/kg bw decreased the rat body weight gains, as compared to the controls. The adsorbents did not significantly alleviate the growth depression caused by the contaminated diet. However, a significant protective effect of MWF was observed in terms of OTA concentration in plasma (40.5% decrease), kidney (28.1% decrease) and liver (38.8% decrease). Mixing this sorbent with the YCW did not significantly improve its protective activity against OTA. The faecal OTA concentrations were higher for the MWF and MWF+YCW treated animals, as compared to the positive control (group II). Taken together, these results suggest that MWF are a promising tool to counteract the toxic effects of OTA naturally contaminated diets. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to provide a new water-soluble chitosan derivative being functionalized with a Toll-like receptor-2 (TLR-2) agonist. At first, we synthesized the water-soluble TLR-2 agonist ω-amido-[Nα-palmitoyl-oxy-S-[2,3-bis(palmitoyl-oxy)-(2R)-propyl]-[R]–cysteinyl]-α-amino poly(ethylene glycol) (Pam3Cys-PEG-NH2), which was characterized by 1H and 13C NMR as well as mass spectroscopy. Secondly, Pam3Cys-PEG-NH2 was then successfully grafted to 6-O-carboxymethyl-N,N,N-trimethyl chitosan polymers (CM-TMC) using EDC/NHS as condensing agents. The copolymer was analysed by means of 1H and 13C NMR and FTIR spectroscopy. 13C NMR spectroscopy did not deliver evidence that an amide bond was formed between CM-TMC and Pam3Cys-PEG-NH2. However, 1H NMR and FTIR spectroscopy demonstrated clearly that successful grafting took place. Based upon these results, this new TLR-2 functionalized biopolymer merits further investigations as material for vaccine delivery systems. 相似文献

目的:研究内蒙古西部地区土壤中水溶性硒含量分布,为富硒作物种植地区的选择提供科学依据。方法:采集579份耕地土壤样品,用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定其中的水溶性硒含量。结果:巴彦淖尔、包头、鄂尔多斯、乌海4个地区地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量差异有统计学意义,其中巴彦淖尔、包头地区地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量均高于鄂尔多斯;巴彦淖尔、包头地下水与黄河水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量差异均有统计学意义,均为地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量值较高;巴彦淖尔和包头两地黄河水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量差异无统计学意义。结论:在被调查的四个地区中,巴彦淖尔和包头地区地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量最高,可考虑作为富硒作物的种植地区。 相似文献

The carcinogenic activity of various nickel (Ni) compounds is likely dependent upon their ability to enter cells and elevate intracellular levels of Ni ions. Water-insoluble Ni compounds such as NiS and Ni(3)S(2) were shown in vitro to enter cells by phagocytosis and potently induce tumors in experimental animals at the site of exposure. These water-insoluble nickel compounds are generally considered to be more potent carcinogens than the water-soluble forms. However, recent in vitro studies have shown similar effects for insoluble and soluble Ni compounds. Using a dye that fluoresces when intracellular Ni ion binds to it, we showed that both soluble and insoluble Ni compounds were able to elevate the levels of Ni ions in the cytoplasmic and nuclear compartments. However, when the source of Ni ions was removed from the culture dish, the intracellular Ni ions derived from soluble Ni compound were lost from the cells at a significantly faster rate than those derived from the insoluble Ni compound. Within 10 h after NiCl(2) removal from the culture medium, Ni ions disappeared from the nucleus and were not detected in the cells by 16 h, while insoluble Ni(3)S(2) yielded Ni ions that persisted in the nucleus after 16 h and were detected in the cytoplasm even after 24 h following Ni removal. These effects are discussed in terms of whole body exposure to water-soluble and -insoluble Ni compounds and consistency with animal carcinogenicity studies. 相似文献

A reversed-phase ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatografic method (RP-IPC) was developed to assay some water-soluble vitamins in solution dosage forms. Vitamins of the B-group B1, B2, B3, and B6, including vitamin C were determined in Oligovit® coated tablets. In Beviplex® coated tablets the vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and p-aminobenzoic acid were analysed. Hexanesulphonic acid sodium salt and triethanolamine in water–methanol were used as mobile phase with adjusting pH to 2.8 with orthophosphoric acid. Phenol was used as an internal standard. For quantitative simultaneous analysis of vitamins in pharmaceutical formulations, the method of internal standard was used. All parameters for the validation of the method are given. 相似文献
