刺梨酸的分离与结构研究

从刺梨中分离出一种新的五环三萜酸,命名为刺梨酸。通过光谱分析和衍生物的制备,确定其化学结构为2β,3α,7β,19α-四羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-羧酸。     

梅花参化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

目的：研究梅花参体内的皂苷类化合物。方法：从梅花参体内提取得到总皂苷，应用多种色谱技术对其进行分离纯化．根据化舍物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果：分离得到了1个三萜皂苷类化合物，应用化学方法和各种光谱方法鉴定其结构为：3-O-[3-D-甲基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1-3)-β-D-吡喃奎诺糖-(1→4)-βD吡喃奎诺糖．(1→2)4’-O-磺酸钠-β—D-吡喃木糖]-海参烷-9-烯-3β，12α，17β，25β-四醇。结论：该化合物为一新化合物，命名为梅花参皂苷D。     

A new lanostane-type triterpene from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum

A new lanostane-type triterpene, named ganoderic acid LM 2 ( 5 ), was isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum . Its structure was characterized as (23S) 7 g , -dihydroxy-3, 11, 15-trioxo-5 f -lanosta-8, 24-dien-26-oic acid by 1D- and 2D-NMR spectra. In addition, a known triterpene, ganoderic acid l ( 4 ), was obtained. Both of them exhibited potent enhancement of ConA-induced mice splenocytes proliferation in vitro .     

Lecanorosides A and B,two new triterpene glycosides from the sea cucumber Actinopyga lecanora

Two new sulphated triterpene glycosides, lecanorosides A (1) and B (2), along with the known compounds holothurins A (3), A₁ (4), and B (5), were isolated from the sea cucumber Actinopyga lecanora. Their structures were deduced from extensive spectral analysis (NMR and MS) and chemical evidence. Glycosides 1 and 4 showed marginal in vitro cytotoxicity against two human tumour cell lines.     

绿舒筋化学成分研究

目的 分离、鉴定绿舒筋活性化学成分。方法 采用反复硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH 20凝胶柱色谱对绿舒筋中化合物进行分离得到单体,应用理化常数测定和现代波谱方法鉴定其化学结构。结果 从绿舒筋中分离并鉴定了6个化合物：雷公藤内酯甲（wilforlide A , I）,雷公藤内酯乙（wilforlide B, II）, 齐墩果-12-烯-3,29-二醇(olean-12-en-3,29-diol, III),3-羟基-2-氧代-无羁萜烯-29-酸(3-hydroxy-2-oxo-3-fridelen-20α-carboxylic acid, IV),3β,22α-二羟基-△12-齐墩果烯-29-羧酸(3β,22α-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-29-oic-acid, V),β-谷甾醇 (β-sitosterol, VI)。结论化合物V为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

南柴胡化学成分的研究

从南柴胡（Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.)根的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物，根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定为：柴胡皂甙元F（1），柴胡次皂甙F（2），3″－O－乙酰柴胡皂甙d(3),6″-O-乙酰柴胡皂甙d(4),4″-O-乙酰柴胡皂甙d(5),a″－菠甾醇（6），二十四碳酸（7）。均为首次从该植物中得到。     

甘草中新三萜皂甙元的分离和结构鉴定

自乌拉尔甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)根茎中提取皂甙。经盐酸甲醇水解,柱层分离,得到七个皂甙元。本文报道新三萜皂甙元乌拉内酯(uralenolide)及18α-羟基甘草次酸甲酯的结构鉴定。后者为首次得自乌拉尔甘草。     

丝叶唐松草中—新三萜皂甙

从丝叶唐松草根中分得一新的三萜皂甙,命名为thalifoenoside A,根据光谱和化学方法确定其结构为3β,22(S),27-三羟基-24-烯-环菠萝蜜烷,3-O-β-D-鸡纳糖基-(1→2)-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-(4-乙酰基)-葡萄糖甙,其甙元亦为一新的化合物。此外还分到3个已知物thalifendlerine,N-methylcorydaldine,β-谷甾醇。     

Triterpenes from Campanula lactiflora

One new triterpene compound, 3β-acetoxylup-20(30)-en-29-al (1) and two known 3-acetylptiloepoxide (2) and 3β-acetoxylup-20(29)-ene (3) were isolated for the first time from the leaves of Campanula lactiflora and their structures were deduced by high field 1D and 2D 400 MHz NMR, EI-MS and (+) LC-MS/MS spectra.
