长期生存癌症患者的述情障碍 总被引:8,自引:1,他引:8
目的:探讨长期生存癌症患者的述情障碍及其相关因素,方法:采用多伦多述情障碍量表及症状自评量表,对36例长期生存癌存患者测评,并与45例正常人进行对照比较,结果:(1)癌症组与对照组在SCL-90评价中无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)癌症组TAS总分值明显高于对照组,其中以Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ因子尤为明显(P<0.05-0.01)。(3)Ⅰ因子与躯体化、焦虑、恐怖焦虑及精神病症呈显著性正相关(P<0.05)。Ⅲ因子与强迫性,人际关系敏感,敌意及精神病症呈显著性负相关(P<0.05)。Ⅳ因子与偏执化呈显著性负相关(P<0.05)。结论:长期生存癌症患者虽然SCL-90测评可正常,但存在较明显的述情障碍。 相似文献

Background: The level and activity of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) and the concentrations of L-tryptophan and its metabolite L-kynurenine were determined in association with various renal diseases. However, there have been no data regarding these parameters in patients on peritoneal dialysis compared to those undergoing hemodialysis or kidney transplantation.Methods: This study investigated the level and activity of IDO and determined oxidative balance by calculating the total oxidant status (TOS), total antioxidant status (TAS), and oxidative stress index (OSI). We enrolled 60 kidney disease patients, including 20 on peritoneal dialysis (PD group), 19 on hemodialysis (HD group), and 21 with kidney transplantation (KT group), as well as 21 control group.Results: IDO levels were increased in the PD, HD, and KT groups compared to the control group. The concentration of kynurenine was significantly increased in the PD group compared to the other groups (p?0.01). The kynurenine/tryptophan ratio was increased in the PD group compared to the other groups (all p?0.01). TAS levels in the PD and HD groups were significantly decreased compared to the control group (both p?0.05). TAS levels in the PD group were significantly decreased compared to the KT group. TOS levels in the PD group were higher than in the HD and KT groups.Conclusion: The results showed that IDO levels were increased in peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis patients and in renal transplant recipients, while oxidative stress was found to be related to IDO activity and was most increased in the patients on peritoneal dialysis. 相似文献

Several studies have used taste sensitivity to 6-n-propylthiouracil (PROP) to evaluate interindividual taste variability and its impact on food preferences, nutrition, and health. We used a supervised learning (SL) approach for the automatic identification of the PROP taster categories (super taster (ST); medium taster (MT); and non-taster (NT)) of 84 subjects (aged 18–40 years). Biological features determined from subjects were included for the training system. Results showed that SL enables the automatic identification of objective PROP taster status, with high precision (97%). The biological features were classified in order of importance in facilitating learning and as prediction factors. The ratings of perceived taste intensity for PROP paper disks (50 mM) and PROP solution (3.2 mM), along with fungiform papilla density, were the most important features, and high estimated values pushed toward ST prediction, while low values leaned toward NT prediction. Furthermore, TAS2R38 genotypes were significant features (AVI/AVI, PAV/PAV, and PAV/AVI to classify NTs, STs, and MTs, respectively). These results, in showing that the SL approach enables an automatic, immediate, scalable, and high-precision classification of PROP taster status, suggest that it may represent an objective and reliable tool in taste physiology studies, with applications ranging from basic science and medicine to food sciences. 相似文献

Diet and salivary proteins influence the composition of the oral microbiome, and recent data suggest that TAS2R38 bitter taste genetics may also play a role. We investigated the effects of daily exposure to a cranberry polyphenol oral rinse on taste perception, salivary proteins, and oral microbiota. 6-n-Propylthiouracil (PROP) super-tasters (ST, n = 10) and non-tasters (NT, n = 10) rinsed with 30 mL of 0.75 g/L cranberry polyphenol extract (CPE) in spring water, twice daily for 11 days while consuming their habitual diets. The 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that the NT oral microbiome composition was different than that of STs at baseline (p = 0.012) but not after the intervention (p = 0.525). Principal coordinates analysis using unweighted UniFrac distance showed that CPE modified microbiome composition in NTs (p = 0.023) but not in STs (p = 0.096). The intervention also altered specific salivary protein levels (α-amylase, MUC-5B, and selected S-type Cystatins) with no changes in sensory perception. Correlation networks between oral microbiota, salivary proteins, and sensory ratings showed that the ST microbiome had a more complex relationship with salivary proteins, particularly proline-rich proteins, than that in NTs. These findings show that CPE modulated the oral microbiome of NTs to be similar to that of STs, which could have implications for oral health. 相似文献

目的:探讨经腹部超声(TAS),经阴道超声(TVS),以及两者联合检查诊断异位妊娠的优缺点,以提高异位妊娠的早期诊断率。方法:对本院5年来收治的197例异位妊娠患者进行回顾性分析,对比两种超声检查方法的阳性确诊率。结果:197例中75例经TAS检查诊断62例,阳性确诊率82.3%;72例经TVS检查诊断65例,阳性确诊率90.3%,50例经TAS和TAS联合诊断49例,阳性确诊率98%。结论:TVS在急诊型异位妊娠诊断中有优势,TVS在相对稳定型异位妊娠诊断中有明显优势,两者联合应用能取长补短,有效提高阳性确诊率。 相似文献

本文用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)对80例恢复期住院精神分裂症患者进行测评。结果表明,80例患者的TAS平均得分为72.6±11.9,TAS得分与BPRS评分(r=0.27,P<0.05)、SANS评分(r=0.22,P<0.05)、患者用药剂量(r=0.23,P<0.05)和患者的妄想(r=0.23,P<0.05)、思维贫乏(r=0.24,P<0.05)、意志缺乏(r=0.28,P<0.05)因子分呈显著正相关,与SAPS总分、患者的年龄、病程、住院次数和本次住院天数相关性不显著(P>0.05)。多元逐步回归分析揭示:与医生护士谈心的机会较少、用药剂量较大、与家人的感情交流较少和家庭和睦程度较差为患者述情障碍发生的主要影响因素。 相似文献

Individuals with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) sometimes exhibit weakness of palmar abduction strength (TAS). Reliable assessment of this strength in both subjects with and without CTS with the commonly available Microfet 2 is not known.Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study was to determine the intrarater and interrater reliabilities of a handheld dynamometric (HHD) method to assess TAS in individuals with and without CTS using the commercially available MicroFET2 and to examine the association between TAS in individuals with CTS and the Carpal Tunnel Symptom Questionnaire (CTSQ) scores.Methods
In 2 different study phases, individuals with and without CTS were assessed for TAS by 2 different examiners. The CTSQ was administered to the individuals with CTS.Results
Intrarater and interrater reliability coefficients (0.89-0.93 and 0.82-0.90, respectively) were excellent in individuals with and without CTS. Weak negative correlations were found between TAS and overall CTSQ and symptom severity subscale scores, and a moderate negative correlation was found between TAS and functional Status Subscale score.Discussion
This HHD method of reliably assessing TAS better quantifies deficits and progress than traditional manual muscle testing for muscle grades greater than 3/5.Conclusion

In recent years, Fluorescent Melting Curve Analysis (FMCA) has become an almost ubiquitous feature of commercial quantitative
PCR (qPCR) thermal cyclers. Here a micro-fluidic device is presented capable of performing FMCA within a microchannel. The
device consists of modular thermally conductive blocks which can sandwich a microfluidic substrate. Opposing ends of the blocks
are held at differing temperatures and a linear thermal gradient is generated along the microfluidic channel. Fluorescent
measurements taken from a sample as it passes along the micro-fluidic channel permits fluorescent melting curves to be generated.
In this study we measure DNA melting temperature from two plasmid fragments. The effects of flow velocity and ramp-rate are
